Psychiatric Case Management

Provides remedial services that offer in-home skill development services to children who are eligible for Title 19 and have a mental health diagnosis to enhance functioning. Services provided to children and families include; conflict resolution, problem solving, anger management, coping, social interaction, self control, crisis intervention, and communication skills.

Provides mental health services and treats a wide array of conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar syndrome and ADHD for individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds.

Services provided to children and families include; conflict resolution, problem solving, anger management, coping, social interaction, self control, crisis intervention, and communication skills.

Offers outpatient mental health therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, including Individual Sessions, Family Sessions, Couples Sessions, and Group Sessions.

The staff will meet with the client weekly in the comfort of their home or in the Sky Ranch office. The primary focus will be on individual support and guidance in the areas of behavior, interpersonal relationship skills, internal control development, and family relationship skills.

Offers senior's an In-home health/mental health assessment, in-home mental health treatment, case management, and referrals to appropriate community resources. The Outreach Team consists of clinical social workers and a consulting psychiatrist to provide appropriate support services.

The services are designed to improve the individual's level of functioning and quality of life when living with a mental illness. BHIS assist individuals and families to learn age-appropriate skills to manage behavior and regain control of their lives.

Therapy services offered at the office or within the home to best meet the needs of the client. The intensity and duration of treatment varies substantially depending on the presenting problems or difficulties. Therapists may assist with various difficulties, including family issues associated with raising youth with severe behavioral problems, aggression, hyperactivity, anxiety, depression, withdrawal behaviors, and suicidal ideation. Therapists are also qualified to treat all major mental health issues.

Subacute inpatient psychiatric treatment for adults; voluntary, evaluation and treatment of acute symptoms of psychiatric disorders and co-occuring disorders.

Emergency protective custody for those age 19 and over, involuntary. Evaluation and treatment of acute symptoms, initiated by law enforcement personnel in Region 3.

Day psychiatric program, adult partial hospitalization.

Psychiatric home health provides in-home nursing assessment, occupational therapy to assess functional skills, psychology to assist with behavior plans for caregivers, and social work to provide in-home psychotherapy.

The program blends Medicaid funding and county regional funding. Persons in this program may or may not be eligible for Medicaid. Persons in this program need to be eligible for Polk County Regional funding.

Provides intensive care coordination and wraparound services for Medicaid enrolled children under the age of 21 who have complex behavioral health needs and require intensive home and community-based services. There are two tiers of care coordination including:

-- Tier 1 - High Fidelity Wraparound for children and youth with the most complex behavioral health needs.

-- Tier 2 - Intensive Care Coordination for children and youth with complex behavioral health needs.
