-- Tier 1 - High Fidelity Wraparound for children and youth with the most complex behavioral health needs.

-- Tier 2 - Intensive Care Coordination for children and youth with complex behavioral health needs.

The Integrated Health Program is a free service for those who qualify. The Integrated Health Program coordinates services for individuals receiving Habilitation Services who are not on another Waiver.

Supportive and psycho-educational interventions provided primarily in the youth's natural environment. Services are expected to improve the youth's level of functioning within their environment and to enhance the caregiver's ability to manage the youth's symptoms related to their mental health or substance abuse diagnoses. This services is delivered primarily to the parent/caregiver interacting with the youth, by a educated and trained paraprofessional under the direction and supervision of a licensed clinician who simultaneously provides family and individual therapy on a regular basis to the youth and their family.

Therapy services offered at the office or within the home to best meet the needs of the client. The intensity and duration of treatment varies substantially depending on the presenting problems or difficulties. Therapists may assist with various difficulties, including family issues associated with raising youth with severe behavioral problems, aggression, hyperactivity, anxiety, depression, withdrawal behaviors, and suicidal ideation. Therapists are also qualified to treat all major mental health issues.
