Provides substance abuse treatment services to any adults needing help with treating an addiction. Treatment services include substance abuse evaluations and assessments, detoxification and different treatment options (including for opioids). Different levels of treatment intensity are available ranging from hospital or residential inpatient through day treatment to day/evening outpatient and relapse outpatient. All patients are supervised by a staff physician and receive comprehensive evaluation, ongoing treatment planning, individual or group counseling, family services and follow up from a clinical team. Treatment services are based on a 12 step philosophy. Treatment services are generally covered by insurance.

Detoxification services offers a trained medical staff, supervised by the Medical Director, that are available 24 hours a day to provide medical supervision. Nursing Staff will continue to provide monitoring, basic health care, and referral services when needed to all clients at all stages of recovery.
Offers comprehensive substance abuse treatment programs for those addicted to opiates. Outpatient substance abuse treatment is available at the Extended Outpatient Level. Both group and individual sessions are available. Offers OWI and substance abuse evaluations and referrals to other agencies.

Offers a detoxification program. Admissions for detoxification are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Detox services take place at the hospital, not at Sedlacek Treatment Center, then referral can be made to enter program at the Sedlacek Center. Pre-admission approval may be necessary.
Individuals may be referred to enter our outpatient treatment program from sources such as a family member, school counselor or physician, etc. Individuals can also refer themselves to Sedlacek Treatment Center for care.

Voluntary detoxification program for male and female clients age 19 and older who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or in a stage of withdrawal.24-hour nursing staff is available. Clients may stay for three to five days and have the opportunity to visit with a counselor/case manager.
Short term residential care offers a 30-90 days residential substance abuse treatment program for men, 19 years and older, who have an evaluation recommending a residential level of treatment.
Intermediate residential care offers a long-term (3-9 month average)residential substance abuse treatment program for men, 19 years and older, who have a history of chronic substance abuse and have failed other treatment programs. The goal is to return the client to a life without substance abuse and to be able to re-enter our community.
Respite offers 1-7 day stay for adult males or females, 19 years and older, who are in crisis but not a danger to themselves or others and are in need of stabilization.
