Individuals must have completed a primary substance use disorder treatment program within 12 months prior to placement and must be in need of additional treatment services. Treatment planning is individualized according to client need, and services are provided in a chemically-free environment. Services include individual and group counseling, shared living responsibilities, self-help groups, and vocational/educational counseling.

Residential facility for individuals dealing with substance abuse. The halfway housing program provides individuals with further counseling and clinical monitoring to support successful integration into daily life once they have completed a placement or hospitalization (at Zion or elsewhere).

Provides a women's transitional living program for women in crisis or in need of rehabilitation services. Minimum stay of 4 months with a maximum stay of two years; 3 meals and snacks provided; no alcohol or illegal drugs allowed, and random drug testing performed. Substance abuse, mental health and medical assessments are required upon arrival. Intensive Case Management provided: residents are required to find employment and maintain appointments for counseling, aftercare, and support groups. Rent does begin to accrue upon move in, at a rate of $420 per month. No deposit required.

Support groups are open to the public, but are for women only:
1. Alcoholics Anonymous, Mondays at 7pm.
2. Alcoholics Anonymous, Wednesday at 7pm.
3. Empowerment, First Wednesday at 7 pm.
4. Narcotics Anonymous, Thursday at 7 pm.

Adult Co-occurring Disorders Residential Treatment Program offers transitional housing and residential treatment for adults 19 and over with co-occurring severe and persistent mental illness and substance dependence. Services include individual, group, and family counseling; recreational therapy; case management; and psychiatric services. Expected stay 6-8 months. Eligible clients must be homeless.

Community Transitions provides psychiatric residential rehabilitation services in a residential setting to prepare adults with serious mental illness for community living.

Short-term and long-term residential treatment. Clients in residential treatment live in a safe, supportive environment, meet weekly with a licensed therapist, and attend a variety of groups focused on substance use and mental health.

Offers a day and evening non-residential Intensive Outpatient Program. Clients meet weekly with a licensed therapist and attend 9 hours of programming, meeting 3 hours 3 times per week.

Evening non-residential Outpatient Program requires a commitment of 3 hours of programming for 1.5 hours twice a week, and individual meetings with a licensed therapist as needed.
