Halfway House: Transitional, 24-hour structured recovery facility intended for adults with a primary substance use disorder that have completed a residential treatment program successfully.

Adult Co-occurring Disorders Residential Treatment Program offers transitional housing and residential treatment for adults 19 and over with co-occurring severe and persistent mental illness and substance dependence. Community Transitions provides psychiatric residential rehabilitation services in a residential setting to prepare adults with serious mental illness for community living.
