- A cafe open five days a week, with donations welcomed to support its operation.
- A medical equipment loan closet that accepts and provides assistive technology equipment, sickroom supplies, and other medical aids for community use.
- Volunteers coordinate with a local supermarket to provide home grocery delivery weekly.
- An annual health fair and flu/pneumonia clinic held in collaboration with the Ogle County Health Department at the facility.
- Exercise and fitness classes, in partnership with Highland Community College, offered on Mon, Wed, and Fri at 9:00 am.
- The SHIP program, which assists clients with Medicare insurance issues and other services, such as help with the Benefit Access Application.
