Provides services for seniors, including information and referral, senior health insurance program (SHIP), community outreach, recreational and wellness activities.

Provides a senior center where seniors can come to share companionship, meals, and recreational activities. Services include congregate and home delivered meals, recreational activities that include a pool and exercise equipment, quilting, painting, bingo, exercise classes, and bowling.

Offers a variety of activities, programs and services for Story County residents age 60+

The Sixty Forward partners - City of Ames Parks and Recreation, Heartland of Story County, and Mary Greeley Medical Center.

Senior centers provide a place for congregate meals, as well as social activities, games, educational programs, etc.

Offers educational and recreational programs, health screenings, and a hot noon meal. The following types of services are available at the Senior Center, blood pressure checks, rules of the road, hearing clinics, annual senior expo, crafts, cards and bingo, parties, exercise, informational sessions (from investing to cooking to shopping wisely), Wii bowling tournaments, pool tournaments.

The Center is also available to be rented out during off hours for family reunions, showers, etc.
