General Assistance | Benton County Offices

Provides financial assistance to low income Benton County residents on an emergency basis. The applicant must meet financial guidelines established by the Benton County Board of Supervisors and have applied for all other means of assistance. Veterans must meet with Veterans Affairs for assistance first. Cannot assist students, be on subsidized housing or receive Social Security benefits. Assistance may include rent, utilities, burial. Referrals to food pantry may be given with no regard to income.
