Emergency operations center for the County, which handles emergency response incidents, including accidents, fires, floods, storms and other disasters. Also responsible for requesting federal assistance after a disaster.

Provides record keeping services for the county. Including all civil, probate, traffic, criminal, and juvenile cases. Also collects and disperses all monies ordered to be paid by the court.

Oversees the election process, voter registration (can be done through the state or in person at a polling location before an election), maintains current real estate and property tax information, assessment maps, state tax liens, military records, birth, divorce and death records.

Maintains county parks and recreation areas and provides hunter safety classes, camping, fishing and boating information. Outdoor recreational opportunities are available through county parks and outdoor wildlife areas.

Provides engineering and design of County roadway projects, including local resurfacing and bridge replacement. The division is responsible for the construction and maintenance of the County Secondary Road System, including ditch cleaning, roadway surface repairs, bridge and culvert repairs, and snow removal.

Maintains official real estate documents, contracts, articles of incorporation, partnerships, state tax liens, military records, birth, divorce and death records. Offers fishing, ATV, Boat and Snowmobile licenses/renewals and a Passport acceptance facility and photo service. Military Records for tax exemptions and benefits also available. Can also offer marriage licenses and certificates.
