Home outreach by mail provides home delivery of library books to the elderly and individuals who are unable to travel to the library due to a temporary or long-term disability.

Reference / information service includes an online catalog of holdings; research material for public use within the library; information services providing answers to specific questions; assistance for library users with information searches and locating and utilizing library resources. Additional services include an index of local newspapers; extensive online databases for use in library or from home; an inter-library loan service to acquire borrowed material which is not owned by Lincoln City Libraries; and free public access to the Internet.

Parenting Corner offers materials that assist parents and caregivers to provide a healthy, stable environment for area children. Books and videos are available on a variety of topics for adults and children.
