Provides financial assistance for basic needs (food, gas, rent and utilities), transportation assistance (car repairs, gas and paying for public transportation) offering coaching and family goal-setting support, and facilitating access to early childhood resources. Free, voluntary program where coaches work with families for 3-6 months to help navigate and access resources in the community, increase families' protective factors, and problem-solve to address challenges a family may be facing. A coach is assigned to meet with the family and connect them to needed support.
The program offers case management support, mental health services for parents/guardians and children, education support, and some supports to meet basic needs and ensure safety.
Other support includes assistance finding safe, stable housing, connections to local food resources, help applying for benefits and tracking application status, budgeting and employment assistance, and education supports for parents/guardians and children.

Education Scholarships awards scholarships annually to clients to aid them in obtaining formal education or occupational training. Scholarships may be used for tuition and fees, textbooks, supplies or room and/or board.
Employment Support assists eligible clients to obtain/maintain employment with such items as daycare costs, transportation, and work supplies. One-time support.
Information, Referral, Outreach: Provides access to needed resources through comprehensive outreach, information and referral services.
Provides a free, confidential information and referral hotline for Iowa families. Services include individual and family stress counseling, peer counseling facilitated by individuals with shared experiences, assistance with personal and small business financial problems, legal education, support for basic needs such as food, fuel, shelter, and medical help, and disaster-related information.
