Educates and supports refugee, asylee, and immigrant families and helps them transition to a new culture. Services include:

- Refugee/immigrant mutual support groups.

- One-on-one counseling at the Center, a neutral site, or in the homes of families in crisis.

Illinois Workers in Action

Provides a variety of support services for immigrants. Services include immigration legal information, screenings, referrals, and assistance with eligible immigration services. Can also give information on Workers' rights education, labor rights workshops, support with wage theft, workplace issues, and labor case referrals. Know Your Rights presentations offered on immigration and workplace protections as requested. 

Will also provide community navigation and referrals to health, food, housing, financial, social services, mental health education, community wellness programs, citizenship and immigration workshops, legal clinics, resource fairs, food assistance, and other community support programs. Services are available in English and Spanish. Appointments are encouraged, and many workshops and community events are offered throughout the year.
