This education and programming includes; patient and professional services, public, patient and professional education, research and other programming relating to kidney disease, transplantation or general kidney health. NKF Peers: Talk to someone who has been there. Speak with a trained peer mentor who can share their experiences about dialysis, transplant or living kidney donation. NKF Cares: Offers support for people affected by kidney disease, organ donation or transplantation. Designed just for patients, family members and care partners. Speak with a trained specialist who will answer questions and concerns.
