- Electric base load reduction (lighting and refrigerator replacement).

- Ventilation and moisture control measures (and other health/safety measures).

- Maximum $15,000 for energy-related weatherization and repair work (per client's home).

- Maximum $3,500 for health and safety-related measures.

Maintains official real estate documents, contracts, articles of incorporation, partnerships, state tax liens, military records, birth, divorce and death records. Offers fishing, ATV, Boat and Snowmobile licenses/renewals and a Passport photo service. Military Records for tax exemptions and benefits also available. Can also offer marriage licenses and certificates. OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS: mortgages, deeds and contracts, assignments, releases, plats and surveys, easements, State and Federal tax liens.

Offers a noon congregate meal for older adults in the Lincoln and Lancaster County. Meals may also be available for individuals ages 60 and under for a slight fee.

Crisis team (Engagement Specialist and Crisis Counselor) provides mobile crisis response.

- On-site counseling.

- Mental health evaluation.

- Assesses the need for psychiatric hospitalization.

Provides fire protection to the City of Freeport. Service includes business safety education, industry safety education, fire safety for senior citizens, juvenile fire setters' program, fire prevention week education in the schools, fire station tours, home inspections, disaster planning in the home, a blood pressure check program, a smoke detector program, and fire investigation. 

Conducts regulatory programs to help ensure safe food is served at local establishments, private on-site wastewater systems properly dispose sewage, and new and existing water wells provide safe drinking (potable) water. Also enforces local and state laws related to tanning and body art facilities.

Transportation assistance in special circumstances, including gas vouchers and bus vouchers, for medical, immigration or housing appointments.

Offers two levels of Supported Community Living Services designed to meet the daily living needs of adults with disabilities and mental illness. These services increase a client's independence and provide a level of relief for family members and caretakers. The level of service is determined by the individual, guardians, case managers, and providers to best suit their needs.

Services may include employment assistance, day habilitation programs, and more.

We offer home-visits, group-based parent education programs, and prenatal services.

Offers family based immigration (bringing a family member from another country), asylum, immigrant victims of crime, domestic violence, or human trafficking, DACA, citizenship , and minors who are in the USA without their parents.

Offers Child Care Expense Assistance through the Iowa Department of Human services is available to the children of income-eligible parents who are absent for a portion of the day due to employment or participation in academic or vocational training or PROMISE JOBS activities.
