Offers services for issuing and renewing licenses for ATVs, boats, snowmobiles, and fishing, as well as marriage licenses and certificates. Operates as a Passport acceptance facility with photo services and processes military records for tax exemptions and benefits.

Additionally, issues public health permits to certify compliance with health laws for various facilities and institutions. Services include the establishment of standards, review of applications, issuance of permits, and enforcement of compliance through inspections and monitoring.

Offers food pantry items and free bread every Saturday, upon exit from the free meal served at the church.

Offers a NA (Narcotics Anonymous) Support Group. 

Provides free transportation for seniors for doctor appointments, dialysis or treatments, pharmacy or grocery store visits, activities at nutrition sites and senior centers, and more.

Transportation services only provide one (1) round trip per week or two (2) one way trips per week.

Prepares women for employment by helping them transition from jobs to careers and preparing them to advocate for a living wage, benefits, and dignity in the workplace. Education and training courses are available in the following areas:

- Electrical technician.

- Plumbing.

- Welding.

- Truck driving.

- General carpentry.

Provides housing for individuals who meet income guidelines through public housing units and housing vouchers.

Provides individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as mental health evaluations, psychiatric medication evaluations and management.

Therapeutic teams partner with clients to achieve goals related to mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, relationship problems, behavior problems, personality disorders and chronic mental illness.

Provides school supplies to Henderson County students, that are in need, at the beginning of the school year.

Offers financial assistance for education and training so that individuals can re-enter the workforce in jobs that will allow them to financially support themselves and their families. Designed to train people in short-term certificate or associates degree programs that will make them more marketable for occupations that are in high growth within the local area.

Offers support services to pregnant women including pregnancy tests, parenting classes, pre-natal classes, ultrasounds, and information on community resources. Also offers "Earn While You Learn" program that allows new parents to earn credits through education that can be used towards purchasing baby necessities.

EITC (Earned Income Tax Credit) is a tax credit for working individuals and families. Must file a tax return, even if you do not owe any tax or are not required to file. Earned income includes: wages, tips and income from self-employment. Individuals who are on SSI or SSDI do not qualify for EITC unless they also worked during the past year. Call IRS at 1-800-829-1040 with any other questions.

ELIGIBILITY depends on such factors as filing status, income level, and the number of qualifying children (if any). Basic qualifications, Tax Year 2025 (filing in 2026):

If earned less than $61,555 ($68,675 if married) with 3 or more qualifying children, could receive up to $8,046.

If earned less than $57,310 ($64,430 if married) with two qualifying children, could receive up to $7,152.

If earned less than $50,434 ($57,554 if married) with one qualifying child, could receive up to $4,328.

If earned less than $19,104 ($26,214 if married) with no qualifying children, could receive up to $649.

The credit amount depends on income, marital status, and family size. For the 2025 tax year (filing in 2026), the credit is worth up to $8,046. The credit amount rises with earned income until it reaches a maximum amount, then gradually phases out. Families with more children are eligible for higher credit amounts.

Provides hot meals delivered to homebound seniors on a daily basis.

Offers health insurance counseling  for Medicare beneficiaries and their caregivers. Counselors can help compare current Medicare health or drug plan with others and can help clients sign up for Medicare.

English as a Second Language (ESL) for people who want to learn to speak, read and write English.

Provides individuals with disabilities employment opportunities consistent with his/her physical and mental capabilities and supportive services designed to promote employment capacities. The supervised work environment provides occupational experiences similar to those found in competitive work settings, training on work skills to assist individuals in increasing their productive potential, and structure to assist in developing good working habits and attitudes.

Companion care services include social interaction, medication reminders, meal preparation, shopping and errands, light housekeeping, pet care, laundry, incidental transportation, etc. Personal care includes ambulation assistance, bathing and showering, continence care and toileting, skin and hair care, dressing, feeding, etc. Specialty care/Skilled nursing care includes wound care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.
