Outpatient assessments, referrals, intensive outpatient treatment, and peer support related to substance use.  Family and loved ones are also taught coping skills to assist them in supporting the user.

- Level I Outpatient Therapy provides evaluation, treatment, and recovery services for individuals experiencing a substance use disorder. Provided in group or individual sessions or a combination of both. Typically lasts 12 weeks.

- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a non-residential program for adults 19 and older. Offers a minimum of 10 hours of treatment per week. Typically lasts six to eight weeks. Intensive groups meet for three-hour sessions, three days a week. Each participant must also attend at least one additional individual or family session each week. Services are available days and evenings.

- Substance Use Evaluations are used to determine possible substance use issues, with recommendations for an appropriate level of care if applicable.

Offers FIP (Family Investment Program) a cash assistance program for children and their families who have low income, also available to relatives caring for children whose parents are not in the home. The goal of FIP is to help families leave poverty and become self supporting, can participate for up to 60 months. FIP is Iowa's Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program.

Provides transitional living for adult women in Davenport, IA. Housing provides a stable environment while participants work toward employment, education or training, financial skills, community resources, rental readiness, and long-term independent housing. Participants begin with structured housing and may move to a more independent shared efficiency as they prepare for conventional housing.

Students who participate in free monthly lunch-provided workshops and other activities may be eligible for limited financial assistance. Students must be currently enrolled at WNCC and apply for the program. The program is co-located with the TRIO Student Support Services program.

Provides police and dispatch services responsible for emergency assessment and response. 

Provides visitor information and tourism assistance for Kankakee County, including information about local attractions, events, festivals, lodging, dining, recreation, shopping, historic sites, and other things to see and do throughout the county. Assists visitors, residents, groups, and meeting/event planners with trip planning, local tourism resources, and information about destinations and experiences in Kankakee County.

Loans up to $300 or 1/2 of the deposit, whichever is less. May use service if needed once every 6 months.

Works to help Veterans on their recovery journey through outpatient and inpatient services. The residential facility helps Veterans deal with substance abuse, homelessness, mental health, and unemployment through its 24-hour therapeutic and educational programs.

Crisis intervention for run-away, locked-out, homeless, and ungovernable youth. Ensures youth get emergency psychiatric or substance abuse treatment if needed, follow-up care plan for youths reunited with family, and short-term or long-term placements if reunification is not immediately possible.

Provides community day services to individuals with developmental, physical, and/or intellectual disabilities. Services work to help individuals create self-sufficiency, greater choice and control of their lives, and increased participation in the community. Services include curricula that range from teaching basic skills for independent living (such as health and safety, cooking, and navigating within the community) to more advanced skills needed to find and maintain a job, manage personal finances, and achieve self-reliance.
