- Students tour businesses to make informed decisions about career choices.

- Cooperates with high schools to offer college credit to high school students for qualifying courses.

- Emphasizes technology and receives limited funds for materials and/or computer software for participating high schools.

Emergency operations center for the County, which handles emergency response incidents, including accidents, fires, floods, storms and other disasters. Also responsible for requesting federal assistance after a disaster.

Provides in-person and virtual tax assistance to anyone free of charge with a special focus on taxpayers who are over 50 or have low-to-moderate income for the 2026 tax season. Free, year-round tax assistance is also available on the Internet. Taxpayers can post tax questions to online tax assistors by visiting the website.

Provides rental/mortgage assistance, security deposit assistance, approved case management, and approved supportive services to individuals and families who are in imminent danger of eviction, foreclosure or are currently homeless. Supportive services must directly relate to the prevention of homelessness.

Crisis team (Engagement Specialist and Crisis Counselor) provide mobile crisis response including on-site counseling, mental health evaluation, and assess the need for psychiatric hospitalization.

Provides low-income individuals who are not eligible for eye exams, glasses, hearing tests, or hearing aids through other public benefit sources can apply for those services through their local club.

Used Eyeglasses Collection. Eyeglasses collected for distribution and reuse in poverty areas worldwide.

Diabetic Eye Screening, Travels the state to give free, basic screenings to adults with diabetes and adults over 55 years of age to detect diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration.

Mobile Hearing Screening Unit that travels the state to give free screenings to adults, detect possible hearing loss, and educate the public.

Used Hearing Aid Bank provides reconditioned hearing aids to persons who cannot afford them.

Emergency financial assistance for utilities as funds are available. Cannot help with deposit or reconnect fees.

Helps schools, parents, and the community in an effort to prepare young people to become successful and productive citizens.

Focuses on the YMCA core values of Character, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility, tied with the Six Pillars of Character Development to enhance the self confidence, motivation, and self esteem of the participants.

The program is site-based and operates at different schools sites in the community. Every group at each particular site meets at different times.

Direct service programming is offered to businesses and job seekers (with autism) to match needs and talents in permanent employment positions.

Provides gently used maternity clothing, baby clothing and nursery items to pregnant or those with a young baby. All requests are subject to clothing size and availability; items cannot be delivered or shipped; individuals must be able to pick up the items in person. Items have been generously donated and are in clean and good condition.

Offers fishing, ATV, Boat and Snowmobile licenses/renewals and a Passport acceptance facility and photo service. Military Records for tax exemptions and benefits also available. Can also offer marriage licenses and certificates.
