Short Years Partnership
A long term, home visiting program for parents or caregivers residing in Dallas, Madison, Warren, Marion, or Jasper Counties with a child aged prenatal to three. The PAT Program provides family support, parenting education, developmental screening and connection to community resources. The program provides twice monthly home visits to families, always bringing a parent/child activity that will encourage the child's development. The goal of the program is to assist parents in practicing development centered parenting so that their child is healthy, ready to learn and succeed.

Assists people with little to no income in obtaining pro bono legal assistance from area lawyers and attorneys in specialized fields while also providing compassion, empathy, and a listening ear to all who come seeking help. Through the CCLS program, the program director matches a client's legal case with an area lawyer who has agreed to represent him/her in the court of law.
CCLS provides assistance in the areas of adoption, bankruptcy, child custody and support, debt elimination, employment, environmental issues, family Law, guardianship, immigration, landlord-tenant disputes, real estate transactions, social security benefits, traffic accidents, and wills and probate.

Grandparent support program for anyone 55+ who has stepped in to take responsibility for a relative child(ren) in situations where the mother or father cannot.
Offers counseling, information, training, resources, and support as grandparents navigate emotional, educational, technological, and disciplinary issues unique to the child(ren).
Services include legal information relevant to caring for a relative child, as well as possible access to respite care.
Iowa Legal Aid - Waterloo
Offers free legal advice to the victims of the April 26 and May 21, 2024 severe storms who are experiencing legal problems due to the storms. Legal problems may include issues such as: FEMA denials, problems with insurance, landlord/tenant issues, unemployment benefits or denials, employment issues, contractor issues and identity theft. After calling 1-866-761-4692, callers will be connected to the Hotline voicemail. Callers should leave their name, phone number, brief description of their legal problem, and whether the issue is urgent. Callers will receive a call back from an experienced Iowa Legal Aid staff member to go through a screening. Callers who meet Iowa Legal Aid’s guidelines will be connected with an Iowa Legal Aid attorney.

Residential treatment programs specifically for young adults, offering specialty services for those with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Also offers recovery living and behavioral health treatment services for those who have completed residential addiction treatment. Provides enhanced recovery support and structure for residents while they develop life skills, work, and/or attend college. Works with residents to provide structure, motivation, and accountability.
Outpatient treatment also offers a wide range of support services to help emerging adults make a successful life transition, including therapy, psychiatry, and medication management.

Provides rental/mortgage assistance, security deposit assistance, approved case management, and approved supportive services to individuals and families who are in imminent danger of eviction, foreclosure or are currently homeless. Supportive services must directly relate to the prevention of homelessness.
IMPACT Community Action Partnership – Polk Co. (Ankeny)
Provides non-perishable food items and donated fresh produce, when available, once a month. Diapers and formula also offered, when available.
Anyone in Polk County that would like to have the food delivered to their home can call for further assistance.

Rockford Sexual Assault Counseling - Family Peace Center
Operates a 24 hour crisis hotline, maintained by master's level therapists, available to those impacted by sexual assault.
Medical advocacy crisis intervention services are also available 24 hours. Trained medical advocates respond to hospital ER staff in order to provide support to those in need.
