Low Income Energy Assistance is a federally funded program to assist low-income households in meeting energy costs. Benefits are based on family size, fuel type, and geographic residency in the state.

Hospital.  Offers inpatient and outpatient services, emergency care, wound clinic, radiology, and inpatient rehabilitation services.

Provides emergency assistance for power, rent, mortgage, and more for individuals and families who are asset limited, income constrained, and employed.

Counseling services addressing a range of issues, including:

-- Anger management.

-- Anxiety.

-- Child therapy.

-- Addiction.

-- Couples therapy.

-- Eating disorders.

-- Grief or bereavement.

-- Stress.

-- Suicide.

-- Etc.

Provides therapists and medical providers offering mental and behavioral health services to children, teens, and adults. Therapists work one-on-one with clients to evaluate and address issues such as depression, addiction, generalized anxiety disorder, or other behavioral disorders through counseling sessions. Nurse practitioners and psychiatrists can prescribe and monitor medications and provide therapy.

Offers inpatient hospitalization to stabilize the Childs current crisis. The hospital stay is not intended to provide long-term therapy and generally lasts approximately 10–14 days. During the child’s stay, a plan will be developed for outpatient support. This will enable the child to continue the healing process after discharge. It is important that the parent or guardian participate in the treatment on a regular basis.

Provides support to local schools and families by providing educational services, informational and technology, and special education services for children with disabilities. 

Offers Adult Basic Education (ABE), High School Equivalency (HSE) preparation classes (traditional and online), English Language Acquisition (ELA) classes, citizenship information, community tutoring for adult learners (Oglesby location only).

Supports, educates and instructs Morgan County residents on how they can receive counseling and support, and free nicotine replacement products through the Illinois Tobacco Quitline for those who are eligible.

Offers individual, family and group counseling and therapy services to those looking for help with their mental or behavioral health.

Provides an outdoor, recreational summer camp for children and adults with disabilities. Camp is 8 weeks long and offers a 1:1 camper to camp counselor ratio. Programs at the camp include recreational activities, games, arts and crafts, and swimming. Activities include field trips to local entertainment areas and cultural centers.
