Intensive residential treatment with clinically managed high-intensity residential services including 24-hour monitoring and intensive treatment. Offers group treatment sessions, peer support groups, individual sessions, case management and other recovery support activities throughout treatment. Provides extended residential care with separate residential units for men and women in recovery.

Services provided through the program include, supported Community Living-designed to assist the consumer with daily living needs, which includes, but are not limited to, community skills, personal needs, budgeting, social skills, home management and individual advocacy.

Offers law enforcement services to the Adams County area. Issues gun/firearm permits and runs requested background checks.

Maintains and provides access to official real estate documents, contracts, articles of incorporation, partnerships, state and federal tax liens, military records, birth, divorce, death, and marriage records. Offers services for issuing and renewing licenses for ATVs, boats, snowmobiles, and fishing, as well as marriage licenses and certificates. Operates as a Passport acceptance facility with photo services and processes military records for tax exemptions and benefits.

Additionally, issues public health permits to certify compliance with health laws for various facilities and institutions. Services include the establishment of standards, review of applications, issuance of permits, and enforcement of compliance through inspections and monitoring.

Provide minor vehicle repairs to individuals to keep their current vehicle safe so they can maintain their employment. Must already have at least 30 days of employment with paystubs. Must be owner of vehicle with up-to-date insurance coverage.

Support group for stroke survivors, their families and caregivers providing education and encouragement for survivors.

Care Coordinators serve as expert resources in evaluating the needs of the elderly, recommending services, and working with seniors in an ongoing relationship.

Once abilities have been determined, the care coordinators work in collaboration with the senior to develop a care plan. The care plan represents the best combination of services available to meet the needs of elderly clients.

Evaluations and ongoing speech therapy for children and adults. One-on-one treatment and home programming for a range of disorders including (but not limited to):

- Articulation.

- Language.

- Oral-motor functioning and feeding.

- Stuttering.

- Autism.

- Down Syndrome.

- Voice.

- Neurological disorders.

- Stroke.

- Apraxia.

- Delayed development.

Free language and hearing screenings by appointment.

Provides education and prevention services for communicable diseases through a county government department responsible for overseeing public health initiatives and managing related functions.

Offers in-clinic testing, diagnosis, counseling, and medications for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) and HIV. Services are confidential, and the results of tests for STIs can be given over the phone. HIV rapid tests provide results of screening within 20 minutes. Provides free educational talks on STIs, HIV/AIDS, and other related subjects.

Toys for Tots Nov 1st - Nov 30th through Bond of Unity (New Beginnings Discipleship Ministries). To qualify you only need to complete the form below. Please know that families are only permitted to register at 1 Toys for Tots location. Signing up at more than 1 Toys for Tots site can disqualify you from being able to receive any toys.

Toys will be available to be picked up at 530 NE Broadway (NE46th), Des Moines, IA on Friday, December 12th 5-7pm and Saturday, December 13th 10am - 2pm.

In order to be able to serve more families we will not offer a "shopping" opportunity. Toys are prepacked based on the information given below and will be given out in a drive-thru format.
