Community Action Partnership of Central Illinois
Provides transportation to any person 60 years or older with pick-up site in Logan or Mason County. Transportation Services can be obtained for regular trips to medical appointments or treatment. Trips must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
Please note: Persons under the age of 60 can utilize transportation but must pay the full fare (suggested donation). Persons over the age of 60 take priority.

The BOOST re-entry program enrolls participants age 18+ who are currently incarcerated in, or returning to, Woodbury County, and are set for release in 20-180 days. Participants being released will come from Woodbury County Jail, Woodbury County Electronic Monitoring, and Iowa Department of Corrections 3rd Judicial (RTF). The goal of this program is to help these participants gain employability and reduce recidivism.

Iowa Department of Health and Human Services - Black Hawk County
Offers, as resources allow, to help refugees and asylees reach economic self-sufficiency and to them with any problems, interests and concerns they may have. The Bureau of Refugee Services works to serve as a central clearinghouse in order to refer refugees and asylees to any resource necessary and available to them. The Bureau is the service agency for all refugees enrolled in FIP, the state welfare reform program. Now offering a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) program. This program will help participants prepare for the class, enroll into the DMACC CDL program at no cost, and obtain a job after completion. Participants will also qualify for “Jump Start” training specially designed to help English Language Learners.

Regional Office of Education #33 - Galesburg
Provides homeless coordination services and a truancy program. Truancy Program assists schools and families with services to ensure children age 6-17 attend school and helps eliminate any obstacles that may prevent this from happening.
Homeless coordination works with homeless children to ensure free, appropriate public education including a priority to preschool programs, the choice of staying in the school of origin or attending the school nearest their shelter or temporary home, immediate enrollment even when medical records cannot be produced at time of enrollment, assistance with transportation, if needed, and helps families with supply needs (i.e., personal hygiene products, undergarments, school supplies, PE clothes, alarm clocks).

Provides the HCC Sports Complex. It is a 34-acre complex home to baseball, basketball, walking path, skate park, and playground.
Recreational programming includes baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, spring/fall soccer, Tae Kwon Do, cheerleading, baton, Zumba, and yoga.
Social programming includes Kids Fun Club, summer day camps, neighborhood playground programs, and building rentals for family/local gatherings.
