Criteria:
- Must be without any income such as TANF, SSI, SSDI, etc.
- No transportation to minors traveling alone or with an adult.
- Does not provide 'home for the holidays' transportation money.

Refugee Connection Center
Provides financial education to former refugees to help them build understanding of the U.S. banking and financial system. Courses in financially literacy are offered as well as financial assessment tools to help determine financial stability. The program also offers refugee's the chance to create a savings account with the intent to buy a car, home, business or education. LSI will contribute to the savings account by providing matching funds. Matching funds can only be received by completing the requred trainings.

Supportive services that enhance recovery may also include but not limited to case management and medication assisted recovery. The appropriate level of service is determined at screening and can be anywhere from 1-19hrs/week. Level I and II services are provided.

Provides energy assistance for eligible low income families in which a benefit is paid directly to the utility companies on behalf of eligible households, or directly to renters if the utility costs are included in their rent.
Some applicants may qualify for the Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP), where an eligible client pays a percentage of their income, receives a monthly benefit towards their utility bill, and receives a reduction in overdue payments for every on-time payment they make by the bill due date. Works with families to get them enrolled in the 1st Five Healthy Mental Development Initiative. 1st Five program builds partnerships between physician practices and public service providers to enhance high-quality well-child care. 1st Five promotes the use of developmental tools that support healthy mental development for young children during the first five years. By using a tool for all children that includes social-emotional development and family risk factors, providers are able to identify children at risk for developmental concerns that, if left untreated, would play out later in life.
