Offers a sixteen-week intensive program that is family-based and designed for the prevention and treatment of child abuse and neglect. Individual and family coaching sessions include modeling positive parenting skills and techniques individualized for each family.

After the initial assessment, recommendations on home improvements are given to the homeowner and the Weatherization team will coordinate repairs with contractors. Examples of common improvements include sealing cracks, insulating attics, or repairing windows and doors. All improvements are completed at no cost to the homeowner.
Additional priority is given to households with elderly, disabled, and young children.
