Administers probation supervision, pre-trial release, pre-sentence investigation, and parole services, including programs that oversee individuals under legal custody and facilitate movement between jurisdictions or facilities. 

Conducts bail hearings to determine release conditions, bail amounts, or detention status for individuals awaiting trial. Utilizes electronic monitoring technology, such as transmitters and location tracking equipment, to monitor offenders confined to their homes or awaiting judicial procedures. 

Offers low-risk probation for minimum supervision offenders with individualized court-ordered conditions to be completed within a designated timeframe.

Assists low-income homeowners and renters pay for a portion of their primary heating costs for the winter heating season. Assistance is based on household income, size, type of fuel and type of housing. The application period is from October 1-April 30 for elderly and disabled households and November 1-April 30th for the rest of the households. Persons applying must meet 200% poverty guidelines. LIHEAP also offers a crisis program that may be able to assist homeowners who are with no heat or limited heat. The furnace component for crisis runs October 1-April 30th. May be able to help with repairs on a furnace but cannot replace the furnace. Keep checking back on the furnace program as it is dependent on funding that changes frequently.

Provides basic necessities and help those in crisis find the path to self-sufficiency. When available, food, clothing and household vouchers, and rent and utility assistance may be offered. Does not provide assistance with security deposits.

Provides assistance to veterans with utilities, rent, mortgage interest, funeral, burial expenses, and grave markers. Also helps Veterans apply for compensation and pension programs.

Integrated behavioral health services enable patients to access mental health and/or substance use services in the Crusader Community Health location of their choice. Behavioral health staff and primary care providers work together to provide collaborative, coordinated behavioral health and medical care. 

Medication-Assisted Treatment is also provides to adults with an opioid or alcohol use disorder.

Provides substance use treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults. Services include outpatient treatment, extended outpatient treatment, continuing care, substance use counseling, and OWI assessments. OWI assessments cost $125 and are due at the time of service. Urinalysis (UA) testing is billed directly to insurance.

Available to family and professional caregivers concerned about persons with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia. Services include caregiver support groups, information and referral to community resources.

Offers a summer day camp. Activities include swimming, sports, crafts, field trips, and more.

Offers a pet food pantry for older adults.

Provides medical and cash assistance for customers who are 65 years of age or older, blind, or disabled. Also includes the QMB (Qualified Medicare Beneficiary) program which provides payment of Medicare premiums and some Medicare co-payments.

The online application is called "Application for Benefits Eligibility (ABE)."  When applying, the state will determine the applicant's eligibility for this AABD, as well as SNAP and medical assistance (Medicaid).

Provides a nutrition and wellness program that offers information and guidance on canning, freezing, and drying food for preservation, healthy foods webinar series, feeding baby - from cradle to table, and the Food Service Sanitation Managers Certification.

One-time emergency financial assistance may be available for life-threatening situations such as help with rent and utilities.

Provides a program to take care of individual's bodies and minds by making sure doctors work together. A team of regular doctors and mental health providers helps each individual get the care needed. The goal is to make it easier for individuals to get help to stay healthy, feel better, and recover. It also makes sure individual's with mental health or substance use problems can get the same kind of help as those with other health problems. All doctors and providers work as a teak so care is organized.

Provides intensive psychiatric rehabilitation (IPR) services for individuals residing in program housing for up to two years. Partcipants receive individualized support for a minimum of four hours per week, focusing on stabilization, life skills, budgeting, medication management, transportation, community integration, and planning for permanent housing.

Provides primary care for minor illnesses.
