Provides mental health services that includes psychiatry, social work, counseling, psychology and nursing. Therapy and treatment are specifically oriented to each person, treating everyone as an individual.

Frequent mental health issues treated include depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, trauma-related issues, adjustment disorders, stress, aging issues, and parenting concerns.

The goal of FIP is to help families leave poverty and become self supporting, can participate for up to 60 months. FIP is Iowa's Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program.

Provides aging and adult protective services throughout East Central Illinois. Services provide case workers conducting investigations and working with vulnerable adults in resolving these abusive situations financial exploitation, physical abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, and sexual abuse.

Courses include 8-hour initial training for all new school bus drivers prior to getting a bus permit. Staff provide one-on-one counseling and information about Medicare and supplemental insurance options depending on individual circumstances. Will work with individuals to help them understand the entire scope of the process, from which services are covered to what financial responsibilities may be on the client. Staff can also act as advocates when disputes arise in billing and/or services.

In addition, because Medicare alone does not cover all healthcare costs, staff can inform individuals about what insurances are available to coordinate with Medicare.

Provides a food box for those living in the state of Iowa, may visit once every 30 days. 

LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) assists low-income homeowners and renters pay for a portion of their primary heating costs for the winter heating season. Assistance is based on household income, size, type of fuel and type of housing. The application period is from October 1-April 30 for elderly and disabled households and November 1-April 30th for the rest of the households. Individuals applying must meet 200% poverty guidelines. May have some crisis funding available outside the normal LIHEAP months, call local County Outreach Office for availability of funding.

Public door-to-door transportation services. Vehicles are handicap accessible.
