Visits may be in-person or virtual.

Rockford Sexual Assault Counseling - Belvidere/Boone County
RSAC Prevention Educators are available to present professional trainings to organizations, companies, agencies, and schools. Educators have curriculum for many presentations but are open to new topics.
Professional trainings offered regularly include RSAC services and referral, how to respond to disclosure, childhood abuse, typical sexual development vs. red flag behavior, responding to sexual harassment, sexual assault and abuse, play therapy and sand tray therapy, and trauma and The Window of Tolerance.

Kendall-Grundy Community Actions Services Office
Works with income-eligible homeowners to make their homes safer and more energy efficient by eliminating heat loss and air infiltration areas in the home. After the initial assessment, recommendations on home improvements are given to the homeowner and the Weatherization team will coordinate repairs with contractors. Examples of common improvements include sealing cracks, insulating attics, or repairing windows and doors. All improvements are completed at no cost to the homeowner.
Additional priority is given to households with elderly, disabled, and young children.

Accepts donations of winter wear, office and school supplies, grocery and gas gift cards as well as cash donations.

Jefferson County Offices
Maintains official real estate documents, contracts, articles of incorporation, partnerships, state tax liens, military records, birth, divorce and death records. Offers fishing, ATV, Boat and Snowmobile licenses/renewals and a Passport acceptance facility and photo service. Military Records for tax exemptions and benefits also available. Can also offer marriage licenses and certificates.
OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS: mortgages, deeds and contracts, assignments, releases, plats and surveys, easements, State and Federal tax liens.
Four Oaks - Dubuque Campus
Provides community resource flyers and information offering referrals to programming. Clothing vouchers as available, food pantry as available, and computer access.
Family Community Resource Center - Montgomery County
Helps low-income people and families buy food.
Offers the Restaurant Meals Program, which allows eligible SNAP customers to buy meals at authorized restaurants. (Available to SNAP customers who are homeless, elderly, and/or disabled.)
The LINK card is accepted at many farmers' markets.
Expedited/Emergency SNAP Benefits may be available (in 5 days or less from the date of application) to eligible clients if:
- Monthly income, cash, and bank accounts are less than client's rent or mortgage plus utility costs, OR
- Monthly income is less than $150 and client's cash and bank accounts are not more than $100, OR
- At least one person in the household is a migrant farm worker and client's cash and bank accounts are not more than $100.
