The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing assessment and any immediate nursing intervention necessary to pregnant and postpartum individuals and their infants. These services are provided throughout pregnancy and the first 6 months after birth to Illinois residents who meet the eligibility criteria.

Provides a jail/prison ministry dedicated to serving women needs both inside and outside of jail/prison. Women still in jail or prison will receive weekly messages of encouragement. Those released from jail/prison will receive continued support and encouragement from advocates from GROW and can accompany women with sentence hearings and court appearances. Additionally, any woman enrolled in GROW’s Jail/Prison Ministry, must actively participate in a local faith-based community.
