Breakfast served Mon-Fri 9 am-10 am, supper served Mon-Thu 4:30 pm-5:30 pm.

Church is located at 509 Mulberry.

Clothing Closet, located at 905 East 9th Street in Muscatine (563) 261-7456, has limited small furniture, household goods, child/baby and adult clothing (based on donations).

Support services for individuals in need, including showers, a warm place during the day, and transportation for homeless individuals to work.

Family's Helping Hand is a non profit that operates out of the Family Resource Center to assist families and bridge gaps that will directly lead to better outcomes for families. Some of the resources Family’s Helping Hand can provide are a mini food pantry including formula/baby food, clothes closet, and household and hygiene supplies. Volunteer opportunities are available. This is a participating TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) food pantry. Enrollment into TEFAP is confidential and requires proof of address and identification. Individuals participating in the FoodShare, School Nutrition Program, WIC, or Senior Meals programs may participate in TEFAP without impacting their ability to qualify for those programs.

Sewing groups Lincoln, Omaha, and Beatrice make clothing and bedding for premature and needy babies. Premature clothing available from 8 oz to 6 pounds.

Newborn layettes are given to agencies who work with families in need of assistance.

Burial and premature items will be donated to individual families.
Offers baby items, food, and personal care items to young mothers. Currency can not be used to purchase items. The only form of payment accepted is Baby Bucks. Baby Bucks are coupons earned each time a mother keeps an important appointment, is on time, and has the necessary paperwork completely filled out.

Offers clothing (for ages 0-2 years), diapers, wipes, formula, and linens. To receive free items must enroll in closet program (photo i.d. and intake form required). Emergency help also available.

Carol's Closet can help veterans, seniors, and persons with disabilities with household items including furniture and bedding, hospital beds, walkers, wheelchairs (including motorized), shower chairs, commodes and adult hygiene items. In addition, Carol's Closet can help families with newborn baby clothes to size 6 children's clothes, diapers, new cribs and car seats, baby essentials, and household items including dishes, furniture and bedding. Carol's Closet also has a handicap accessible van and standing lift for loan with a donation. Carol's Closet accepts donations of good and has opportunities for people to volunteer.

Burial layettes, blankets, and keepsake hearts to families who have suffered the loss of a child through perinatal death. These layettes are provided at no charge to the families through participating hospitals.

Free and confidential services include pregnancy options information, pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, adoption referrals, maternity and infant and child supplies, parent education program.

Offers a large resource center that can equip families with clothing, shoes, toys, toiletry items (limited), infant supplies, and larger infant items such as cribs, bouncy seats, pack-n-plays, and other items subject to availability. Items are gently used and vary based on donations received.

Stork's Nest is an educational incentive program. Participants earn points for healthy behaviors such as keeping medical appointments, WIC participation, breastfeeding and school attendance. These points are redeemed for needed baby items such as diapers, clothing, strollers, cribs and car seats.
