Emergency housing offers a safe haven for persons in need. The shelter provides a warm bed, three meals per day, shower and laundry facilities, personal hygiene items, clothing, and supportive services to link homeless individuals with case management. Guests may also ask for help with GED tutoring and employment services.

Offering a food pantry that can be used once every 30 days for non-perishable items as well as produce, dairy, frozen meats, and bread items. Story County residents can utilize The Market once per week for perishable refrigerated items such as dairy products, meat, pre-made salads, and pre-packaged items as well as fresh produce, and breads/bakery items.

The Family Pantry is also available for use once every 30 days and offers hygiene items, diapers/pullups, wipes, toilet paper, soaps and cleaners, and more.

Provides a range of personal items/necessities when available.
Low-barrier, choice-food pantry. Visitors will receive a shopping cart and have access to personal care and household items (once a month) and wide variety of dry goods, refrigerated/frozen items, and other perishables. All items are subject to availability.

Provides essential resources, educational tools, and peer support for individuals seeking long-term sobriety. Each recovery center also provides a place to do laundry and take a shower.

Provides a bathroom, everyday essentials (such as food, water, blankets, clothing and hygiene items) and access to a caseworker to help those that are homeless rebuild their lives. Also provides clients with access to computer stations, phone booths and chargers, job assistance and housing navigation.

This is a participating TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) food pantry. Enrollment into TEFAP is confidential. Individuals participating in the FoodShare, School Nutrition Program, WIC, or Senior Meals programs may participate in TEFAP without impacting their ability to qualify for those programs. Must meet income guidelines.

Provides drive thru food pantry that distributes food to those in need. Also offers personal items, cleaning supplies, and baby items, if available.

Offers the following basic hygiene products to individuals in need:
- Shampoo

Provides clothing, household items, and personal hygiene items to victims/survivors of domestic violence.

Services are available as part of CNCAP's THRIVES program.

Individuals and families can access resources once every 30 days for a supplementary food pantry, fresh food, toiletries, diapers, clothing, household goods, furniture, appliances, and other gently used items.

Expanded Parenting Program helps expecting mothers and parents with children up to 12 months with resources like diapers, education materials on parenting/breastfeeding, and consumer choice of other essential items.

Family's Helping Hand is a non profit that operates out of the Family Resource Center to assist families and bridge gaps that will directly lead to better outcomes for families. Some of the resources Family’s Helping Hand can provide are a mini food pantry including formula/baby food, clothes closet, and household and hygiene supplies. Volunteer opportunities are available. This is a participating TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) food pantry. Enrollment into TEFAP is confidential and requires proof of address and identification. This is a participating TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) food pantry. Enrollment into TEFAP is confidential and requires proof of address and identification. Individuals participating in the FoodShare, School Nutrition Program, WIC, or Senior Meals programs may participate in TEFAP without impacting their ability to qualify for those programs.
