Showers and laundry services for people experiencing homelessness available during regular business hours Mon-Fri only. Must meet with an outreach staff person before using the services for the first time.

Mailing address and on-site message service for those who are homeless. Mail pick-up times are Mon-Fri 11 am-1 pm and 5 pm-6:30 pm or by appointment. Messages are posted on the message board in the dining room.

Provides daily living essentials to anyone in the service area. Individuals should limit their requests to one time per month. The program provides items not available through other sources. Free will donations are accepted. Examples of items provided include toilet paper, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.

Provides nonperishable food items to those in need. May also direct callers to nearby food pantries.

Personal grooming supplies and hygiene items available.

Provides referrals if additional help is needed.

Offers a DMARC food pantry and a personal pantry open to anyone in need. Individuals and families can receive an emergency food box once per calendar month as long as they have not received a food box from another DMARC food pantry during the same calendar month. The food pantry may be visited daily for food essentials, but will not receive a food box unless it has been 30 days since the last received.

PERSONAL PANTRY offers toiletries and other personal hygiene products to those in need when available at the same time as receiving the food box.

DIAPERS, WIPES AND INFANT FORMULA are available following the same guidelines as emergency food boxes.

When funding allows, may be able to help with limited financial assistance for basic needs such as childcare payments, rent, rent deposits, utilities, food, hygiene products, car repairs, transportation, prescription costs, etc., through the Community Services Block Grant. Eligibility requirements will apply, and ongoing case management will be required. Contact your local County Outreach Office for more information.

Emergency housing offers a safe haven for persons in need. The shelter provides a warm bed, three meals per day, shower and laundry facilities, personal hygiene items, clothing, and supportive services to link homeless individuals with case management. Guests may also ask for help with GED tutoring and employment services.

Donations of products and cash accepted. Individuals and families may visit once a week. People select their own items amount based on family size. This is a participating TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) food pantry. Enrollment into TEFAP is confidential and requires proof of address and identification. Individuals participating in the FoodShare, School Nutrition Program, WIC, or Senior Meals programs may participate in TEFAP without impacting their ability to qualify for those programs.
