Services are provided regardless of ability to pay through a sliding fee discount program. Fees are calculated based on household size and documented annual income. All patients are eligible to apply for the sliding fee discount, even those with insurance.

Dental Clinic offers preventative dental services including: X-rays, exams, cleanings, fillings and extractions.

Pharmacy services offered to patients. Those eligible for the sliding fee program receive their medications at 30 to 50% below the retail market. Kohl's, Walgreens, Genoa, and Walmart fill all medications. Mobile Medical Clinic services, in which a van visits different locations to see patients.

HIV/STD testing provides confidential HIV/AIDS testing and counseling.

Transportation program provides a limited number of cab vouchers.

Mental health services are provided in-house through a partnership with Lutheran Family Services of Nebraska, as well as being referred out to collaborating behavioral health agencies.

Prenatal care for women.

Radiology has certified x-ray technicians to provide limited x-ray services.

Medication assistance programs help uninsured and underinsured patients apply to various pharmaceutical companies. Staff complete applications for patients to obtain their medication at an affordable cost.

Translation services offered to non-English speaking patients. Languages include Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic, Kurdish, Burmese, Karen, and Thai.

I-Smile also serves WIC clients by providing dental screening, applying fluoride and helping coordinate dental appointments.

I-SmileT @ School is a dental program that provides at no-cost dental screenings, sealants, fluoride varnish and education for students. Because tooth decay can impact a student's ability to learn, eat, sleep, speak properly and build self-confidence, I-SmileT @ School services are provided during the school day and prevent kids from missing school for dental visits.

Provides a team of public health dental hygienists and community health workers to bring the Forever Smiles dental health program to child care facilities, schools, and senior care facilities. Services provided are fluoride treatments, sealants, education, and screenings for tooth decay and oral cancer. These services are meant to help slow down or stop dental decay.


The program is not meant to take the place of regular dentist checkups.

Senior denture program offers new or replacement dentures to income eligible seniors 62 years and older.
Provides community services like screening clinics for blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, breast and cervical cancer programs, food clinics, disease investigation, Stop the Bleed Training, public education programs, resource navigation. and expanded services for families with children. Also provides information regarding communicable diseases.

Offers the following programs for expectant parents and new parents: HOPES Program, 1st Five, Early Head Start and the Maternal Child Health program.
