Lifeline is a personal response system that allows the elderly to feel safe at home by having a system that contacts responders in the event of a fall or health crisis; must have a phone line.

Services include assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, ambulation assistance, meal preparation, providing of safety supervision, and grocery shopping/errands. A personal response system is available through Tabitha's VoiceCare technology.

Emergency Response Service provides a necklace or wristband for assistance at the push of a button; responders and/or emergency personnel available 24 hours every day. $38 one-time installation fee, $30 per month fee. Fee paid if person qualifies for a Medicaid waiver.

Immunization clinic held the 2nd Monday of every month at West View Medical Building, 2319 N. Lincoln Avenue. A $15 donation is requested for children vaccinations 0-18 years. Call for current fee for adult vaccinations. Adult vaccinations include Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Tetanus, Influenza, meningococcal, and pneumonia.
