Care Groups are supportive small groups that are designed to provide emotional and spiritual growth to individuals. Eastview offers the following small groups:

Provides a 24 hour crisis line staffed by staff and trained volunteers who provide immediate access to crisis counseling and information and referral services to victims and secondary others of domestic abuse and sexual assault.

Provides abuse and crisis intervention services to those going through a domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or sex trafficking situation. Protection order assistance, criminal justice/legal advocacy, and medical advocacy are also available to those who may need it.

Also provides information on the Vine program and gives emotional support during rape exams and police interviews.

Provides a 24-hour crisis line and support services for victims in the Latino community, including individual counseling, support groups, court advocacy, safety planning, and referrals. Legal counseling is available from staff lawyers who provide information and guidance regarding legal rights, responsibilities, and suggested courses of action without representing clients in court.

The organization also offers domestic violence and sexual assault advocacy training and domestic violence intervention programs. These intervention programs utilize restorative justice classes, offender groups, and victim panels to address the impact of abuse, promote accountability for behavior related to power and control, and teach conflict resolution and healthy relationship skills.

Offers support and counseling to victims and witnesses of homicide, sexual assault, felony assault (including domestic), burglary, and misdemeanors involving the elderly. Also provides services to those impacted by suicide.

Counselors assist in the process of recognizing how sexual violence has impacted the survivor's feelings, relationships, self-esteem, and ability to function while working with them to find healing.

Survivors may choose to receive individual, family, couple, and/or group counseling. In addition, support groups are offered to adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, teens, and parents.

Assists anyone who is experiencing or has experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking. Operates a 24/7 crisis hotline to assist in a crisis. Also offers an inclusive, safe, and welcoming space where survivors can access a range of services in one location, including crisis intervention and long-term supportive care.

- ADVOCACY: Skilled guidance in the aftermath of a crisis to aid in safety planning, assessing immediate needs, identifying

resources, and navigating the various systems survivors may encounter.

- SELF-SUFFICIENCY: Specialized case management to assist with planning, monitoring, and achieving goals leading to independence, empowerment, and safety.

- HOUSING: Support locating emergency housing for immediate safety and relocation to permanent, stable housing.

- LEGAL: Professional advice and assistance with legal matters related to a survivor’s experience of abuse.

- CLINICAL: Crisis counseling, direct therapeutic assistance, and support in processing emotions and experiences in the aftermath of a crisis.

- PEER SUPPORT: Facilitated group dialogue for exploring experiences, receiving support, and working through the stigma of victimization among peers.

Provides advocacy for families and children experiencing separation, helping to place children in a safe, turbulent-free environment during this difficult period, working towards facilitating a smooth transition when children return to their homes. Offering tools to strengthen family relationships to help prevent domestic violence, child abuse, and neglect by providing education, resources, and support services 

Also provided is educating at-risk families about existing laws, court procedures, and case resolution procedures. Also offers one-on-one coaching sessions also educate families about their rights, roles, and responsibilities as parents. Provides culturally-appropriate, multilingual services to survivors of gender violence with a primary focus on immigrant, refugee, and marginalized communities. Services include 24-hour hotline, text line, and email, emergency 24-hour safe shelter for survivors, counseling, support groups, economic empowerment, parenting, conflict management, communication training, and supervised child visitation and safe exchange center for children to visit with their court-mandated, non-custodial parent under supervision by specially trained staff and volunteers.

Services include crisis intervention counseling, legal, medical, and personal advocacy, safe shelter, safety planning, transitional and emergency housing, and community education and outreach. 

Specialized programs address domestic violence intervention, helping offenders understand and take responsibility for their actions, develop healthy relationships, and learn conflict resolution and stress management skills. 

Advocacy is provided with landlords, schools, employers, and other professionals to secure rights, prevent eviction or utility shut-offs, and ensure safety. 

Child-focused initiatives include sexual assault prevention programs that educate children about personal boundaries, recognizing inappropriate behavior, and seeking help, as well as support groups for individuals affected by child abuse, offering emotional support, resources, and information. CIAC staff and volunteers travel to meet victims to accommodate their needs. All services are free, voluntary, confidential, and available to all without discrimination.
