Offers a day program where people battling different mental illnesses can socialize and gather in a safe environment.

Members make their own event and lunch calendars each month, cook lunches on a daily basis and help keep the clubhouse clean by signing up for tasks. There are weekly groups and daily activities, monthly out of town or in town outings that may include going out to eat, to a movie, seeing a sporting event or whatever else members decide to do that month.

The program provides access to two in-house support staff and a peer support specialist who offer assistance with finding housing, obtaining medical benefits, and connecting clients to additional services or resources. Support also includes help with obtaining, completing, and filing official forms, certificates, and documents required to apply for benefits or services, as well as guidance in acquiring copies of official documents or understanding legal documentation.

Provides low-cost veterinary services for any animal. Services include spay/neuter, necessary vaccines, FIV tests, heartworm tests, microchipping, flea and tick medication, and heartworm medication.

Transportation program providing accessible, public transportation in Buffalo County.

Trips to Gibbon, Shelton, Riverdale, Elm Creek, Miller, Ravenna and Amherst.

Provides in-home case management as well as 24-hour response to emergencies. Services include a case manager who will monitor individuals weekly to ensure they are linked with the necessary resources and referrals for both inpatient and outpatient drug treatment programs. Services may also include weekly in-home and out-of-home counseling for adults, children, couples, and families. Families may also be referred to a number of community-based services, including medical services, counseling, drug or alcohol treatment support groups, food pantries, housing, employment training, and continuing education programs. 

Offers Child Care Expense Assistance through the Iowa Department of Human services is available to the children of income-eligible parents who are absent for a portion of the day due to employment or participation in academic or vocational training or PROMISE JOBS activities. Provides child care while parent/guardian conducts court-related business; located at the Winnebago County Courthouse, 400 West State Street on the lower level.

Provides information, assistance, and referrals to caregivers of older adults to help with necessary services and supports. Staff can also help the caregiver determine if the person they are caring for is receiving benefits they may be eligible for that could reduce the caregiver's costs.

Offers help with youth to develop positive self-concepts and social-emotional and problem-solving skills, while integrating the child with family treatment components.

Provides financial aid to Morgan County high school graduates who attend a local college. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, as long as funding is available. Additionally, students who graduated from a local high school are eligible up to 6 years after graduation (Students who take a gap year/s, serve in the military, or work instead of going directly to college).

Provides health care services to those experiencing acute or chronic pain and/or illness, or those seeking medical services that are not due to an emergency. Services include annual screenings or check ups, chronic disease management, immunizations, pregnancy tests, pre and postnatal care, school and sports physicals, sexually transmitted infection tests, and well-child exams. 

Offers Classes that​ cover a variety of topics including art, foreign policy, history, spirituality, psychology, music appreciate, books club, foreign language, various arts and crafts, yoga and aquatic exercise. Instructors are volunteers. There are a few classes offered over Zoom.

Provides n-home placement of oxygen and supplies. Medical equipment available to rent or purchase.

Provides various items and assistance to those in need including furniture (dressers and shelves, tables, chairs, dining sets), beds, bedding and linens, clothing, bicycles, and toiletries.
