Part of the DMARC Food Pantry Network. Provides 10 food items daily; once a month a 3-day supply of food for families. Pantry guests may access extra food (any time items) daily. All services first come, first serve. There is no residence boundary, and financial information is not needed. Food donations are accepted during regular business hours. Individuals must check in before 3:30 pm.

Offers workshops that teach individuals and families how to get more out of money and how to save money for financial goals. This is a series of workshops that are a blend of instruction and hands on activities so each concept can be mastered. 

Provides energy assistance for eligible low income families in which a benefit is paid directly to the utility companies on behalf of eligible households, or directly to renters if the utility costs are included in their rent.

Some applicants may qualify for the Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP), where an eligible client pays a percentage of their income, receives a monthly benefit towards their utility bill, and receives a reduction in overdue payments for every on-time payment they make by the bill due date. Retail Organizational Employment offers paid work opportunities for individuals who meet basic admission requirements and have sufficient skills to operate independently in their chosen area of employment, after an orientation period. Individual Program Plans are developed to help participants gain the skills necessary to obtain future competitive employment. Participants are provided service coordination and case management services.

Job Outfitters assists individuals with obtaining proper interview and work apparel. Participants must be actively seeking employment or have recently secured employment. Case management takes place at the American Job Center.

Goodwill's Job Connection is located downtown in the Goodwill Retail Store. The purpose of Job Connection is to maximize the employability of job seekers in a market that requires some computer knowledge in nearly all jobs. Individuals may receive assistance with resume and cover letter creation and templates are available for use. Staff members are also available to help guide guests through online applications. Classes or tutorials for basic computer skills, typing and data entry are also made available. Many of the tutorials are available in both English and Spanish.

Supports, educates and instructs Morgan County residents on how they can receive counseling and support, and free nicotine replacement products through the Illinois Tobacco Quitline for those who are eligible.

Day services for medically fragile, chronically ill, physically challenged, and/or developmentally delayed children. RNs and LPNs on staff.

Offers English classes for New Americans interested in improving their English language skills. Courses provide instruction on conversational English and American culture with an emphasis on obtaining employment.

Refugee Employee Assistance Program (REAP) provides training, education, and career connections for refugees who have newly arrived in our community.

An optional opportunity for clients in the Branching Out Independent Living Program. Provides affordable, safe, temporary living spaces to young adults ages 18 to 26. Young adults in the program are surrounded by on-site support services to help them advance their careers, achieve their academic goals and develop the necessary skills to be independent.

Offers to identify major mental illness in youth involved or at risk for involvement in the juvenile justice system. Strives to support identified youth and their families to help prevent further involvement with the legal system and advocate for youth to remain in their communities when possible and clinically beneficial.

Includes case management, linkage to community agencies, court advocacy, and monitoring treatment progress. May be able to connect the family with financial resources to help strengthen the family.

Provides shelter for transient men only, with meals, beds, clothing, and showers. Maximum stay is 4 months.

Provides engineering and design of County roadway projects, including local resurfacing and bridge replacement. The division is responsible for the construction and maintenance of the County Secondary Road System, including ditch cleaning, roadway surface repairs, bridge and culvert repairs, and snow removal.
