Provides community service programs for energy and environmental education. 

Provides integrated healthcare, behavioral health, housing, and supportive services to underserved and vulnerable populations. Services include primary healthcare, behavioral healthcare, medical respite care, rapid rehousing, re-entry housing, permanent supportive housing, case management, housing stabilization, and employment support.

Offers demonstrations and instructions to community groups and individuals on a variety of topics such as Stop the Bleed, emergency preparedness, CPR, first aid, sun protection, infection prevention, and many others.

Provides medical and cash assistance for customers who are 65 years of age or older, blind, or disabled. Also includes the QMB (Qualified Medicare Beneficiary) program which provides payment of Medicare premiums and some Medicare co-payments.

The online application is called "Application for Benefits Eligibility (ABE)."  When applying, the state will determine the applicant's eligibility for this AABD, as well as SNAP and medical assistance (Medicaid).

Provides coupon booklets to assist older adults with purchasing fruits and vegetables. Coupons can be used at local Farmers Markets and roadside stands at approved locations. Booklets are distributed during the normal business hours of local senior citizen center and booklet recipients receive a list of approved market sites.
