Provides assistance to Warren County residents who meet county guidelines. Assistance is given to eligible households who are unable to get assistance from other sources or that assistance is being delayed. Applicants must apply for all possible state and federal programs they may qualify for in order to receive assistance and comply with these programs. Assistance includes cremation, burial, rental assistance, utility assistance (must have a disconnect and made payments), medical, dental, and prescription assistance, as well as information and referral for such needs.

Offers a day camp for children grades K-8 and a teen reach camp for junior high school students. Children grade K-8 have the opportunity to explore nature, find new talents, try new activities, grain independence, and make lasting friendships and memories. Inpatient unit for those in acute psychiatric crisis, which may include an acute psychosis or to prevent harm to him/herself or others.

The goal is to stabilize and then help the patient transition to a lower level of care once their thoughts, mood, behaviors have stabilized via medication management or through individual and/or group therapies.

Provides a day treatment substance use disorder services to youth ages 13-18. The program offers Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient levels of care for youth with a primary substance use diagnosis. In addition to group programming, each youth is assigned an individual counselor to meet with weekly.

Offers, as resources allow, to help refugees and asylees reach economic self-sufficiency and to them with any problems, interests and concerns they may have. The Bureau of Refugee Services works to serve as a central clearinghouse in order to refer refugees and asylees to any resource necessary and available to them. The Bureau is the service agency for all refugees enrolled in FIP, the state welfare reform program. Now offering a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) program. This program will help participants prepare for the class, enroll into the DMACC CDL program at no cost, and obtain a job after completion. Participants will also qualify for “Jump Start” training specially designed to help English Language Learners.

Free, voluntary program where coaches work with families for 3-6 months to help navigate and access resources in the community, increase families' protective factors, and problem-solve to address challenges a family may be facing. A coach is assigned to meet with the family and connect them to needed support.

​The program offers case management support, mental health services for parents/guardians and children, education support, and some supports to meet basic needs and ensure safety.

​Other support includes assistance finding safe, stable housing, connections to local food resources, help applying for benefits and tracking application status, budgeting and employment assistance, and education supports for parents/guardians and children.
