Offers recovery home and halfway house options for sober living that help teens, young adults, and adults ease the transition from treatment to everyday life. The program begins with the development of an individualized recovery plan, followed by daily support from a specialized team. Daily schedule and activity accountability and 12-Step meetings add an additional layer of support as clients embrace skills such as:
- Creating a healthy routine;
- Practicing positive coping skills;
- Writing a resume/interview preparation/career coaching;
- Managing personal finances, and more.
Benefits include a structured environment and peer support. Also offers connections to individual and group therapy, as well as life skills training and other educational programs.

Offers to assist home owners or renters who have a disconnect notice or have missed a payment on a pay arrangement. Can also assist homeowners who have a back bill. If funds are available, households may receive emergency assistance with furnace repair/replacement (if a homeowner) and/or emergency delivery of deliverable fuel. Clients need to have been LIHEAP approved during our program year (October 1 through April 30) or they can complete a crisis application.

Assists unemployed and/or underemployed tribal members by:
- Improving educational opportunities for tribal members who lack the level of literacy skills necessary for effective citizenship and productive employment.
- Providing tribal members with sufficient basic education to enable them to benefit from job training and retraining programs and to obtain and retain productive employment.
- Enabling tribal members to continue their education to at least a Diploma/GED.
Eligible activities include:
- Enable Indian adults to acquire basic educational skills, including literacy.
- Provide educational services or instruction for elderly, disabled, or incarcerated Indian adults.
- If previously unemployed, purchase apparel that is required by job/duty.
- Provide tutor fees for GED exam, and GED exam fees.
Applications are due at least 30 day before the start of the applied program.
