Assisted residential services provides structured supervision, evaluation, and training, independent living and social/recreational skills as prescribed by an Individual Program Plan (IPP).  Homes are located in residential neighborhoods where clients are active members of neighborhoods and communities.  Staff is available to provide 24-hour supervision and training if needed. Provides quality, affordable and accessible housing to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  People who apply to live in Mosaic housing do not have to receive other services from Mosaic and may receive services from other providers.  All residents must qualify according to established income guidelines.  Income must be below the low or very low-income guidelines for the county of residence.

Provides comprehensive, individualized evaluation and treatment for individuals diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge-Eating Disorder, and other types of eating disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health conditions. Also works with individuals who wish to establish weight maintenance or weight loss regimens. Evaluation and treatment will evidence-based and interdisciplinary in nature.

On site and virtual partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services. Clients receive evidence-based services, including individual and group therapy sessions, therapeutic meal times, nutritional counseling sessions, and weekly medical sessions with an APRN.

Additionally, a domestic violence hotline is available to provide immediate assistance, safety planning, emotional support, legal information, referrals for medical treatment, and connections to ongoing counseling or group support.
