The library provides year-round events and programming for all ages, including a summer library program. All public computer terminals are accessible for individuals with disabilities. Internet access is available on public computers, and Wi-Fi is offered throughout the building. Laptops are available for in-library use. Limited walk-in technology assistance is available, with more in-depth support offered by appointment.

Staff provide one-on-one support for adapting to the work environment. Job coaches advise individuals in career development and guide through transitions such as changes in supervisors, schedule/shift changes, and conflict management and are available for extra support throughout employment.
