Provides help with understanding benefits and finding jobs, along with support for resume writing, interview preparation, and keeping a job across the state of Iowa.

Provides mammograms, breast exams, pelvic exams, Pap tests and education on self-breast exams to eligible women. Treatment options are available if screening results in diagnosis. Women who have already been diagnosed with cancer may receive treatment if they qualify.

Provides information to help prepare expectant parents and support childbirth.

Provides leadership development programming for the business and nonprofit community. Offerings include a one-day stand alone course, Leadership Accelerator courses, an 8-month course on elevating leadership through the Elevate Leadership Academy, and a one-day leadership conference, the Taste of Leadership Conference.

Provides in-home parenting support and education. In addition to using the Parents as Teachers Born to Learn curriculum, educations provide infant and child weight checks, breastfeeding education and support, prenatal teaching and support, healthy and safe home environment information, information on healthy child development and early brain development, and information about available community services.

Offers a clothing bank.

Provides home delivered meals to eligible homebound seniors within the service area.

Crime reporting agency offering a telephone number, web tips, and text messaging to encourage citizens in the community to volunteer vital information helpful to law enforcement agencies fight crime.  Callers remain anonymous and are eligible to receive a cash reward if the information given leads to an arrest or grand jury indictment of a felony offender.

Provides comprehensive classroom and home-based services to pregnant women and children birth to age five, including children with significant special needs.

CEFS Outreach offices do not serve the program; the program provides services from their own classroom/office locations. (See the notes in Coverage Area for more details.)

Community-based services and support to persons of all ages with developmental disabilities.

Residential program includes staffed group homes for youth and adults, supervised apartments, and independent living arrangements.

Vocational training and employment services through a supervised training center (HUB), which includes on-site contract work, work stations in industry, supervised employment programs, and job coaching. Additionally, High Plains Employment Services concentrates on job readiness and securing employment.

Year-round educational program is available to children through contractual arrangements with the school district.

Intergenerational Center, 1406 14th Ave, for individuals who have reached retirement age. Clients are served through an alternative day program that emphasizes recreation, leisure, and maintenance of daily living skills. Alternative day services are also available for other adults whose needs do not include vocational or employment goals.

English as a Second Language (ESL) for people who want to learn to speak, read and write English.
