Offers outpatient treatment services for substance use. Services are self-paced, and length of time is based on individual need. Group meetings are available. Individual and family counseling sessions are provided as needed.

CAMP SACAJAWEA is located on 405 acres of wooded ravines and plateaus bordering the Des Moines River, providing opportunities for exploration and outdoor activities. 

CAMP TANGLEFOOT, situated partially along the shore of Clear Lake, spans 50 acres and features a meadow for play, forest trails for hiking, and chances to observe wildlife in the prairie and marsh. 

CAMP JOY HOLLOW, located on 360 acres in the Loess Hills north of Sioux City, is ideal for year-round indoor and outdoor troop activities. 

CAMP JULIETTE, set on 27 wooded acres within Marshalltown city limits, offers a natural environment with spring wildflowers and frequent sightings of deer. Additionally, approximately 15 day camps are held throughout the Council during the summer. 

Camperships are available to provide scholarships or tuition assistance for children and youth who may otherwise be unable to attend camp, ensuring accessibility for all participants.

Provides Bus Driver Training courses for those interested in becoming a bus driver. 

Helps individuals who suffer from substance use disorders to overcome their cravings and increase their chances of total recovery.

A community-based mentoring program that matches children with adult mentors to spark positive growth and confidence in a fun and exciting way.

Community-based mentoring involves meeting outside the school setting, allowing for activities such as going to the movies, visiting the park, and participating in community events.

Provides capacity-building assistance to support and strengthen Hispanic community-based organizations as well as providing an Hispanic perspective on issues such as immigration, housing, health, employment and training, and civil rights enforcement through applied research, policy analysis, and advocacy
