Provides a place for air conditioners and/or fans to be donated to those who do not have a fan or air conditioning in their home. All donations are collected through local fire department locations and given to Impact Community Action Partnership for their Air Conditioner/Fan program. Home delivered meals are available in those situations where a client is in need of a warm nutritious meal and they are unable to prepare their own because of illness or disability. The meals and those individuals who volunteer to deliver those meals are coordinated through various local organizations.

Also offers community based meals that provides a social atmosphere that promotes healthy interaction with others while receiving a warm meal.

Provides medical and cash assistance for customers who are 65 years of age or older, blind, or disabled. Also includes the QMB (Qualified Medicare Beneficiary) program which provides payment of Medicare premiums and some Medicare co-payments.

Provides older adults in need of additional supportive services, a place to participate in social and recreational activities while receiving necessary care and supervision. This program is meant for seniors who are in partial or total need of dependent help, socially isolated, physically or mentally impaired, and have an inability to manage personal care.

Provides a safe, child friendly place for children and their families to meet with a specially trained interviewer and advocate who provide referrals for specialized medical exams, counseling services, and any other resources necessary. Assists children and families throughout law enforcement and DCFS investigations. Also provides child abuse prevention and body safety resources for families.

Services include specialty clinics such as allergy, dietary, counseling, ear nose and throat, oncology, pulmonology, and surgery (both inpatient and outpatient). Emergency medical care is available for individuals requiring immediate assistance for acute illnesses or injuries. 

Additional offerings include cardiac rehabilitation, social services, physical, occupational, and speech therapies, wellness programs, and sleep disorder clinics for preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services. 

Hospice care is provided for terminally ill individuals and their families, offering medical care, pain management, emotional and spiritual support, and bereavement services. Health and disability-related support groups are available to connect individuals, families, and friends for mutual support and resource sharing.

Administers probation supervision, pre-trial release, pre-sentence investigation, and parole services, including programs that oversee individuals under legal custody and facilitate movement between jurisdictions or facilities.

Offers virtual outpatient therapy for individuals and couples. Will treat all mental health disorders, stress management, life transitions, couples and family therapy. 

Provides and monitors medication to treat various mental health conditions. Medical staff consists of psychiatrists and advanced registered psychiatric nurse practitioners who are licensed to prescribe and monitor medications. This service is also provided via telehealth with providers who are outside of our community but who have an Iowa license to practice.
