Tax preparation for low and moderate income taxpayers of all ages, with special attention to people 60 and older during tax season (Feb 1-April 15).

Recruits, screens, trains, and supports volunteers (Court Appointed Special Advocates) who are appointed by a juvenile court judge to advocate for a child, who is under the jurisdiction of the court due to abuse or neglect.

CASAs maintain contact with the children during the entire court jurisdiction period. Work with attorneys, therapists, parents, foster parents, and all adults involved with the child; and get to know the child's needs and makes reports to the court, so a more informed decision can be made.

Mental health services include mental health assessments, depression/anxiety/mental illness counseling, family therapy, stress/anger management counseling, trauma/abuse counseling, parenting and relationship counseling.

Substance abuse services include substance abuse evaluations, adolescent substance abuse groups, adult intensive outpatient (IOP), adult relapse prevention, drug court provider, family court provider, voucher provider and priority population: women who are pregnant and IV users.

Offers business and Industry Loan Guarantees that are available for business and industrial development in rural areas to create and maintain employment, expand and to improve economic climate. Eligible borrowers include Public bodies, Community-based non-profit corporations, Federally-recognized Tribes Funds can be used to purchase, construct, and/or improve essential community facilities, purchase equipment and pay related project expenses.

Provides assistance with dressing, personal cares, cooking, toileting, transferring, ambulation, mobility, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, minor wound care, financial and scheduling assistance, communicating with others, transportation to and from the doctor, essential shopping, picking up medication from the pharmacy, and medication assistance.

Supports individuals during times of crisis through confidential conversions.

Outpatient treatment for individuals who struggle with alcohol and other drug addictions. DUI evaluations and risk education, substance abuse assessments, and individual and group therapy.

Outpatient treatment for gambling addiction is also available at the Watseka location.

Law enforcement services.

Provides home-based health services that assist individuals with recovery, regaining independence, and becoming as self-sufficient as possible. A provider’s order is needed to participate in all Home Care services.

Home Care Services can include home visits, homemaker assistance services (like bathing, meal preparation, walking assistance, etc.), mobile integrated healthcare, remote patient monitoring nursing services, skilled nursing care, diabetic care, pediatric care, wound care, intravenous (IV) therapy, medication assessments, and therapy services.

Public school district.

Provides a Medicare-certified nursing facility that serves the elderly population and individuals with Alzheimer's disease. The facility includes a Senior Housing Unit with services on the campus and offers rehabilitation services such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy. 

A Home Care Agency is available to support individuals in their residences. The facility features a new unit with 20 private rooms that are Medicare-certified for post-acute care with rehabilitation services, as well as a program for short-term rehabilitation. 

Additional services include errand running and shopping assistance for individuals who are unable or prefer not to perform these tasks themselves, and homemaker assistance, which provides trained professionals to help with routine household activities such as meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, and general household management.
