Services include mental health assessments, treatment planning, case management, and psychiatric crisis intervention. Psychiatric medication services are also available, which include psychiatric evaluations to determine the need for medication, the prescription of psychotropic drugs to manage symptoms of mental illness, and periodic follow-up to monitor medication effectiveness and minimize side effects. Services for youth address problems such as out-of-control behavior, depression, abuse or trauma, and difficulty in school.

Offers a community center serving neighborhood educational, recreational and social needs, access to the internet and computer when available. The building is available for rental on evenings and weekends for a variety of events including sporting leagues, vendor fairs, birthdays, baby showers, Sweet 16/Quincenera, and general community events.

Provide a single point of entry to the Illinois Early Intervention Program (EI). Early Intervention offers developmental support and case coordination services for families with children under 3 years old with developmental delays. Service Coordinators assist referred families through the process of enrollment into the EI, as well as initiate referrals for evaluations and direct services. Eligible participants receive case coordinator through CFC to monitor individualized goals, strategies, and services. Additionally, staff assist families with the transition from the EI program into local school/care special education services based on the family's priorities and the child's needs.

Offers HIV, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, & Chlamydia testing to all individuals. We offer testing by appointment or walk-ins during select hours.

Supplemental food and nutritional counseling service for pregnant and nursing women, and their children who show nutritional and financial need. All participants receive nutrition education and counseling, supplemental foods, and information about other health services based on assessment findings.

Out of home placement option for children and adolescents whose special needs hinder their success in a traditional foster care placement.

Offers 30 hours of training, in-service training, professional consultation, 24 hour on call support services, respite services for foster parents, and performance evaluations.

Foster parents are reimbursed for the child's basic needs, with an additional stipend for providing treatment.

Provides and maintains access to official real estate documents, contracts, articles of incorporation, partnerships, state and federal tax liens, military records, birth, divorce, death, and marriage records. Offers services for issuing and renewing licenses for ATVs, boats, snowmobiles, and fishing, as well as marriage licenses and certificates. Operates as a Passport acceptance facility with photo services and processes military records for tax exemptions and benefits.

Additionally, issues public health permits to certify compliance with health laws for various facilities and institutions. Services include the establishment of standards, review of applications, issuance of permits, and enforcement of compliance through inspections and monitoring.
