Offers "Norman Services" to support families with children at risk of being placed in DCFS care or unable to return home due to unmet basic needs such as food, shelter, clothing, or other essential items. These services aim to prevent child removal or facilitate reunification by addressing critical living circumstances.

Eligible families may receive assistance through Public Aid/TANF and other cash grants, the Housing Advocacy Program (HAP) to secure permanent housing, and the Emergency Cash Assistance Program for immediate basic needs.

Additionally, the services include support for guardianship-related matters, providing guidance and resources for individuals navigating the appointment or opposition of guardianship arrangements for children or adolescents.

Prepares and responds to public health threats and emergencies, such as communicable disease outbreaks, natural disasters, bioterrorism events, weapons of mass destruction, etc. Also maintains a Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) volunteer group.

Education, advocacy, and legislative support for right-to-life measures.

Lending library of books, pamphlets, fetal development models, and other materials.

Faith-based parenting education for new and expecting parents.

Mobile fetal ultrasound.

Services offered:

- Sports and DOT physicals

- Prevention screenings

- Chronic disease management for diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol

- Nutrition and weight loss counseling

- Treatment for acute illnesses and injuries

- Annual flu shots

Engages clients in structured activities centered on personal choice, individualized care, and goal setting. The program offers social interaction and community engagement. Typical activities range from day trips and volunteering with local organizations to working on personal goals like self-advocacy, health monitoring, and adaptive skills.

Offers culinary, gardening and STEAM curriculum to participants of all ages. Offers cooking demonstration, lessons and engagement in the food system all with the goal of improving education and self-sufficiency outcomes.

Program services include rental assistance up to HUD Fair Market Rent allowance and case management. Can remain on program as long as eligibility requirements are met.

Housing program which provides stable housing and essential support services for people with serious mental illness.

Services begin with a screening to help get people of all ages to the right treatment. May follow with individual therapy that leads to group therapy, or crisis care that leads to stable housing.

Services include:

- Individual therapy;

- Group therapy;

- Family therapy;

- Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and medication management;

- Psychiatric services;

- Court services;

- Crisis residential/triage services, and more.

State Supplement adds to the benefits of the federal Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Program to bring the income of aged and disabled individuals up to the need of standards of Nebraska. Additionally, some persons are not eligible for SSI payments, but qualify for a State Supplement payment because of different standards and regulations.

State Disability provides aid to needy persons who have a disability expected to last for at least six months, but less than the 12 months required to be eligible for the federal Supplemental Security Income Program.

Offers full range of general and preventative dental care. Except for dentures and partials which are not routinely offered. May also offer dental surgeries for children who qualify. 

Offers affordable housing for seniors.

Provides food and personal hygiene grooming products, including diapers, to families in need. Food vouchers to local grocery stores for fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, milk, bread, potatoes, cheese, laundry soap, dish soap and toilet paper may also be available.

Provides a support group for individuals recovering from addictions.
