Offers the Adventure Pass, a program designed to help individuals and families check out area attractions for free. The pass can be checked out with a library card and allows free admittance to the Blank Park Zoo, Science Center of Iowa, Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden, Reiman Gardens, Museum of Danish America, and Des Moines Children's Museum. The Adventure Pass must be printed when presented upon admission into the attractions along with a photo ID.

Provides assistance on a temporary basis for a limited time for basic needs. Help may include rent/lot rent, interest on mortgage, utilities-gas, electric, water, possible prescription medication costs, burial assistance, and food vouchers for clients who are unable to work. Cannot be on Subsidized Housing, a student, receive Social Security, or a Veteran.

Provides treatment for patients who have a history of sexually deviant behavior. The population includes individuals identified as convicted sex offenders serving sentences through the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services and those individuals who have been committed under an inpatient mental health board order for sex offender treatment.

Offers a transition program which works to gradually release the patients with appropriate safeguards, to allow patients the opportunity to successfully return to the community.

Pediatric clinic on wheels that delivers medical and dental care to uninsured children across the region. Services offered include:

- School and sports physicals.

- Primary care.

- Diagnosis.

- Treatment of chronic conditions, including asthma and obesity care.

- Immunizations.

- Lead and hemoglobin point of care testing.

- Dental care.

- Referral for specialty care.

Helpline providing information and support to LGBTQ youth.

Provides Family Medicine, Primary Care, laboratory services, and acute care.

Provides care coordination and family support services to families whose child struggles at school or home due to behavioral health issues.  Also provides integrated health services to adults diagnosed with serious mental illness.

Supported employment to those who may have barriers such as mental health issues, substance use issues, or a history of incarceration.

Offers hot meals that is served five days a week. Services also includes home delivered meals for homebound seniors.

Provides a project-based Section 8 Rental Assistance (PBRA) property. This program is a public-private partnership that provides affordable rentals for low- and very low-income seniors.

Offers health care services for women veterans of all ages. Primary care providers specialize in women’s health, including specialists in gynecology, obstetrics, female urology, oncology, medicine, radiology, surgery, and breast illness.

Offers supervised release for offenders which emphasizes employment stability, victim restitution, community service sentencing, use of community resources, one-on-one counseling, and surveillance of the offender in the community.

Offers a choice pantry providing supplemental food to those in need.

Provides both childhood and adult immunizations. Also operates flu clinics at various sites in the county during fall months.
