RAMP advocates for individuals who want to learn to use RMTD's fixed route public bus system. Employees can assist with navigating the cost of the fare, planning a route, and education of bus behavior. Advocates also train RMTD's bus drivers on proper use of lifts and disability awareness.

Provides a free medical clinic for anyone who are uninsured and under insured. Services include illness/minor injury care, well child exams, school/sport physicals, employment physicals, lead testing, patient assistance program enrollment, transportation, chronic disease management, diabetes/blood glucose testing, and high blood pressure testing.

Provides engineering and design of County roadway projects, including local resurfacing and bridge replacement. The division is responsible for the construction and maintenance of the County Secondary Road System, including ditch cleaning, roadway surface repairs, bridge and culvert repairs, and snow removal.

Offers Access and Disability Services at McHenry County College providing reasonable support for otherwise qualified students with disabilities so that they have the same opportunities as other students to succeed in college. Services include:

Collects property taxes, conducts annual tax sale for delinquent taxes, processes vehicle transactions, issues driver's licenses, and issues motor vehicle titles and registrations.

Offers to promote health and quality of life by preventing or controlling those diseases or deaths that result from interactions between people and the places they live, work and play. The programs employ several strategies to prevent health hazards including education, surveillance, routine inspections, sampling, posting, and enforcement where necessary.
