Additionally, the Circuit Clerk’s office is tasked with the collection of fines, fees, costs, and penalties as mandated by state statutes and County Board resolutions, and the subsequent distribution of these funds on a monthly basis to the county, state, municipalities, and townships.

Provides telehealth individual, couples, and family therapy, mental health evaluations, and psychiatric medication management for anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, behavior problems, relationship problems, personality disorders, and chronic mental illness.

Offers to connect adult volunteers ages 55 and over with opportunities to engage in service to the community. Volunteers choose what fits their passions, interests, and schedules. Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday before Easter Sunday 2026, at 11 am at Harrington Park, Davenport for free lunch for all and egg hunt with prizes.

Provides a source of education, advocacy and support to the public and the health profession about the causes and prevention. Products and services: Audio/visual, programs, books, educational leaflets, and/or referral service. Does not provide samples of incontinence supplies or any type of financial assistance.

Provides nutritious lunches in a friendly environment. Each meal includes a combination of protein, vegetables, fruit, grain, and milk.

Menus are approved by a registered dietitian to ensure they meet 1/3 of the daily recommended intake of essential nutrients.

Provides an information line intended for those individuals needing information on how to apply for Medicaid or those already receiving Medicaid. Information: member inquiries, member enrollment, Iowa Care, billing issues, disease management or maternity management. *To apply for Medicaid contact local DHS office. CONSUMER CHOICE OPTION PROGRAM gives Iowans on Medicaid the freedom to choose service providers to assist them with their unique needs. To participate in the program, you must be receiving Medicaid funding through a Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver and be referred by a case manager.
