Provides mental health services to those in need. Services are provided both in person and virtually for teens and adults navigating depression, trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship and family issues, mood disorders, anger management, women’s Issues, teen concerns, and work-related stress.

Transitional age program provides assistance for those youth and young adults transitioning to independent living, including subsidized housing, help with medications, budgeting, keeping house, etc.

- Transition age youth may be planning to transition out of foster care or their parents’ home, or they may already be living on their own but need extra help to maintain their successful independence.

Offering behavioral health services to any adult in need. Services include psychiatry/medication management, individual therapy, adult couples therapy, substance use disorder services/addiction treatment, crisis services (24/7 Crisis Line, Mobile Crisis, CSCBS, Crisis Stabilization Center), assertive community treatment (ACT), case management, peer support, and care team/wraparound services.

Provides practical information for anyone to access in the areas served. Education services include agriculture, horticulture, family and consumer economics, nutrition and wellness, and youth development. The website has information about different programming options available.

Home health care and hospice provider.

Coordinates necessary medical services and supportive care which may include skilled nursing, social work, home care, and transportation.

Provides hospice or palliative care, and also provides pediatric home care services and spiritual care services.

Provides a thrift store that sells donated, gently used products. Clothing vouchers available for children in need and adults in need of clothing for job interview.

Helps people with little income buy food for a healthy diet. An application for Food Assistance must be completed to receive this assistance. Call or visit website for more detailed information.

Offers voluntary programs to eligible landowners and agricultural producers to provide financial and technical assistance to help manage natural resources in a sustainable manner. Through these programs the agency approves contracts to provide financial assistance to help plan and implement conservation practices that address natural resource concerns or opportunities to help save energy, improve soil, water, plant, air, animal and related resources on agricultural lands and non-industrial private forest land, with emphasis on market stability and commodity pricing.
