Provides HiSET testing, GED records, and high school equivalency test instruction for Macon and Piatt County. Offers preparation programs that focus on writing, social studies, science, reading, and mathematics to help individuals gain the knowledge, skills, and understanding typically acquired through a high school education. Successful candidates receive a high school equivalency certificate.

Provides autism screenings and help find diagnostic services. Teams help Iowa families navigate local supports and services for children and youth with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and provide family-to-family support. 

Open to household members with income at or below 185% of the poverty level. Services include a food box once a month. Household members may also pick up produce, bakery and dairy items once a week.

Provides an alternative for patients who need skilled care, but do not require 24-hour supervision. Services are provided to patients under the direction of the patient’s doctor.

In cooperation with the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the Census Bureau, the Labor Market Information division develops and provides timely workforce data for local, state, and national customers.

Research analysts collect and disseminate information about wages, labor availability, industrial and occupational projections, business staffing patterns and labor force demographics, among other topics.

Popular publications include H3 (High Wage, High Skill, High Demand) job rankings, monthly labor force and nonfarm employment data, and occupational and industry wages and employment projections.

Provide a single point of entry to the Illinois Early Intervention Program (EI). Early Intervention offers developmental support and case coordination services for families with children under 3 years old with developmental delays. Service Coordinators assist referred families through the process of enrollment into the EI, as well as initiate referrals for evaluations and direct services. Eligible participants receive case coordinator through CFC to monitor individualized goals, strategies, and services. Additionally, staff assist families with the transition from the EI program into local school/care special education services based on the family's priorities and the child's needs.

Provides a holiday program that gives out food vouchers, clothing, and gifts to qualifying individuals and families in need.

Offers year-round affordable, quality childcare for low-income families with children ages 6 weeks to 10 years, a therapeutic child care program that offers specialized care for children ages 2 to 6 years old who have been identified as having special behavior or emotional needs, and summer daycare for children ages 5 to 10 years old.

Treatment for substance use disorder and dual-diagnosis (co-occurring substance use disorder and mental health conditions). Includes partial hospitalization (PHP) or intensive outpatient program (IOP).

Offers clothing vouchers as available, food pantry as available, and computer access.

Provides one time financial assistance to residents who have received a utility shut off notice.

Christmas gifts for households with minors ages 13-17.

Offers free GED classes and English Communications Career Pathway classes for individuals in the Champaign and Urbana County. Career Pathway classes provide adults interested in business administration and management, nurse assistant, commercial driving, and information technology opportunities to study reading, math, and language.
