Provides outpatient substance use disorder treatment services for adults and adolescents, as well as substance use disorder prevention services within the surrounding community. Treatment services provided include substance use disorder evaluations, treatment planning, individual and group counseling services, and referrals to other community-based agencies as appropriate.
