Many services also apply to out-of-school individuals ages 14-24 with employment barriers, including:

-- Paid work experience, summer employment, and on-the-job training opportunities

-- Tuition assistance

-- On site tutoring

-- Support services to assist with application fees, enrollment fees, work attire, school or work supplies, etc.

Repairs and rehabilitates homes for low-income households of elderly persons, persons with a disability, and families with children.

May build handicap ramps, including for mobile homes.

Work is supported entirely by contributions of time, labor, material, and money; all able-bodied residents of the home are expected to assist in making repairs.

Provides a range of therapy and counseling services to children, teens, adults, and parents. Intensive services are available for children and teens at risk of entering the child welfare or juvenile justice system, including therapy, skill development, supervision, and referrals to community resources.

Parent counseling services are offered to address emotional difficulties or conflicts related to parenting roles, with options for individual, group, or conjoint counseling to explore and resolve mental, emotional, or social challenges impacting parenting.

Provides an interactive process where individuals get accurate, impartial information and assistance about programs and services available for adults with disabilities and seniors age 60+. An information specialist will help navigate through available resources empowering the person to make informed decisions about long-term care supports and services.

Assists women and men who are studying to take the naturalization test and to become informed and participative U.S. citizens.

Provides two 12-week semesters of group classes to provide explanation, reinforcement, and practice. Volunteers work individually with those who are scheduled to take their naturalization test.

All classes and tutoring are in English.

An employment program for formerly incarcerated or previously convicted individuals seeking assistance in finding a job. The RESP Liaison will assist in a client's job readiness and work directly with employers on the client's behalf to improve his or her job chances.
