The Iowa driver's license knowledge examination is printed in the following languages: Albanian, Arabic, Bosnian, Burmese, Cambodian, Chinese, English, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hmong, Italian, Korean, Laotian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Somali, Spanish, and Vietnamese. Individuals may consult with their local driver's license examiner if special translation arrangements are needed.

REAL ID can be obtained at the DOT office. Beginning October 1, 2020, TSA will require that you show a REAL ID-compliant license or ID to go through airport security. The REAL ID will also allow entrance into Federal or nuclear facilities. Documents required include proof of identification (official birth certificate with a seal, valid U.S. passport, or most recent U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services immigration or refugee document), proof of social security number (social security card or W-2/1099), proof of residency (2 items showing your name and address where you live, no PO boxes e.g. utility bill, credit card bill statement, pay stub), proof of any legal name changes (marriage certificate, divorce decree, court order under petition for name change).

Offers a mobile food pantry that stops throughout downtown Champaign/Urbana. The mobile pantry brings food, drinks, blankets, and social interaction to those on the streets.

Offers a different way of paying for waste collection and disposal services. Residents are allowed one can or bag of garbage per weekly pick up. Any additional can or bag must have a tag attached. These tags for additional cans or bags can be purchased at Casey's General Store on Asbury Road or Asbury City Hall.

The family purchases their home from Habitat for Humanity through a zero percent interest loan after sweat equity is completed. Partner with homeowners to complete critical home repairs in order to maintain a safe and healthy living environment for existing homeowners.

Offers a free and confidential crisis line for veterans. Can also help with local suicide prevention coordinators, who can connect veterans to ongoing counseling and services in their area.

Gas vouchers are only available for medical appointment in Iowa City (University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics or VA Hospital). Verification of appointment is required at the time of request. Appointment must be within the week of request.

Bus Tokens are offered when available.
