Offers to build wooden ramps for people in need who live in Jasper County, who own or rent a home. Also provides an equipment loan and donation program for items such as walkers, bath aids, toileting aids, adapted swings, adapted bikes, low tech switches and communication devices, bedside tables, and other types of products which a person with disabilities might need. This program also accepts donated wheelchairs and other equipment that are then reconditioned and loaned out to other clients. Also accepts and then loans out electric powered lift chairs.

Burlington Area Community Action Center
LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) provides supplemental help for the winter heating bills November 1-April 30. Those over 60 or disabled may apply for the season starting in October.
LIHEAP Crisis Assistance, when funding is available, may help with disconnect notices, furnace repair or furnace replacement for homeowners. Crisis assistance is dependent upon funding availability and may be available between April-October.
May have some crisis funding available outside the normal LIHEAP months with local funding, call local County Outreach Office for availability of funding.

Provides an outpatient program designed for older adults, typically 65 and older, who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. The aim is for participants to gain coping and communication skills and the confidence needed to live a healthier, happier life. The program includes group and individual therapy sessions, health assessments, medication management, and individual therapy.
