- General Domestic Adoption Program: Includes home study and placement of infants, also offer the Sayers Center program which seeks to find homes for African American babies and promote adoption awareness within the African American community.
- Intercountry Program: Includes home study and working with another agency internationally.

Training is available to people with disabilities and family members on topics including the Americans with Disabilities Act, employment, transportation, voting, Ticket to Work, special education and guardianship. Engages in public policy and legislative advocacy.

Provides a visiting program for families with children birth to age three. Goal is to promote early development, learning, and health of children by supporting and engaging their parents and caregivers. Program also provides prenatal services and screenings/early learning checkups to children on a regular basis to ensure they are healthy, safe, and developing on track.
Rockford Sexual Assault Counseling - Oregon/Ogle County
Medical advocates respond to the hospital when a patient is victim of sexual assault to provide emotional support, clothing, and information regarding hospital procedures. Advocates help educate the victim about their options for hospital procedures and pressing charges. The advocate serves as a liaison between the victim, the police, and ER personnel. Advocates and staff respond to hospital calls 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Legal advocates provide guidance and support for victims of sexual assault and abuse as they go through the legal system. As a victim of a violent crime in Illinois, they are entitled to advocacy services. The legal advocate also works closely with the State's Attorney's Office and is available to help with questions relating to court and provide emotional support.
