Offers Applied Behavior Analysis services.  Services are an individualized plan based on the person’s identified needs, and is a recognized treatment option for eligible children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder. These supports will include interventions and strategies, education, and case management leading to a successful outcome for the child and his/her family. The services will occur in family homes, schools, and at the Hills & Dales Community Center.

A voluntary home visiting program that provides family support and coaching for expectant parents and parents of young children ages birth to 3. The program provides guidance about child development, child safety, practical parenting skills, and family bonding. The agency's trained professionals provide regular visits based on the family's needs, preferences, and schedules. Visits may be in-person or virtual.

Doula services are also available. This includes prenatal information and support, labor coaching, breastfeeding, postpartum depression support, and assistance in the early weeks after childbirth.

Provides counseling and psychiatry services for both adults and youth. Services include assessment and intervention, addressing behavioral influenced problems, screenings for depression, anxiety, alcohol and drug abuse, and other mental health concerns. Follow-up care and in-person and telehealth visit options are also available.

The KIND (Keeping Independent Needs Defined) program is a Joint TH (Transitional Housing) and RR (Rapid Re-housing) program to assist individuals and families whose head of household is between the ages of 18 and 24.

The core elements of the KIND program are:

1). Stable Housing

2). Education and Employment

3). Social and Emotional Well-being

4). Permanent Connections

The Joint TH portion of the program assists homeless youth in a crisis situation get into temporary housing to address their immediate housing needs. Then they are offered RR to assist them in getting rapidly re-housed and into permanent housing. While on the program youth will have the opportunity to participate in case management to address specific barriers the family may be experiencing.

Offers homemaker assistance, and personal grooming services are available to assist the caregiver as needed. Services such as bathing, dressing, hygiene, companionship and conversation, engaging in activities, exercising and taking walks, running errands such as picking up prescriptions, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping and laundry, transportation and accompaniment to outings and appointments and more.

Provides law enforcement, fire/rescue, and caregivers with a program designed to protect, and when necessary, quickly locate individuals with cognitive disorders who are prone to the life threatening behavior of wandering.

The program is run at a municipality level by public safety agencies.
