The website also offers tips on how to deal with challenging situations, a bulletin board where teens ask questions regarding different topics that are answered by counselors and then posted so others can read and relate, and journal pages where teens can download and print worksheets to help them work through issues and create solutions.

Individuals participating in the FoodShare, School Nutrition Program, WIC, or Senior Meals programs may participate in TEFAP without impacting their ability to qualify for those programs.
