Services include: Care Management, Legal Assistance, Aged Medicaid Waiver, Senior Health Insurance Information Program, Family Caregiver Support, Nutrition/Health, Aging Disability Resource Center, Long Term Care Ombudsman, funding and oversight to area Senior Centers.

Offers financial assistance available, via direct vendor payment only, for families and individuals without resources. Need for assistance must be life-threatening circumstance and the assistance provided must alleviate that life-threatening circumstance.

Provides assistive tools and devices that can help in the home and life.

Issues Vital Records (birth, death, marriage, civil union, etc.), maintains property tax information, acts as election authority, etc.

Provides assistance for past due rent/mortgage payments to avoid possible eviction, and water bills to avoid disconnection.

Assists with filing complaints regarding the quality of healthcare provided to Medicare beneficiaries.

If a patient is not happy with the quality of care they received, they have a right to file a complaint. Livanta will review the complaint and a Livanta Physician Reviewer will determine if mistakes were made or determine if the patient received poor quality healthcare.
